為了避免各種坎昆的坑，直接訂了酒機場旁邊走路能到酒店，果然電話沒有人接聽，直接拉着箱子走到酒店，也就十幾分鍾。 酒店環境：和其它連鎖都一樣 服務：免費打印很不錯 機場距離：走路能到，以防各種騷擾坑，坎昆都被這些當地各種拉活的搞臭了，都進機場了，還在拉活問去哪個客運大樓。 環境：一般，適合臨時短途，床品乾淨，一層酒吧，喜歡酒吧看球的很多人，熱鬧 總體不錯，推薦。

Excelente servicio y atención de recepción, muy limpio, amplia habitación, excelente mesita para trabajar un rato, cerca de la terminal 2 y un poco pesada la caminata para llegar de otras terminales mejor comunicarse con el bote para traslado, servicio de traslado gratuito a las terminales a la salida, excelente desayuno

永安訂的酒店，顯示包含2份早餐，但是去餐廳的時候，服務員説不包含，我們説吃完早餐會去跟前台核對，也可以退房時核對，那餐廳服務員就守在桌子旁要看預訂單訊息； 去跟酒店前台投訴，那前台説就是沒有，你們要拿預訂單給餐廳服務員看，而不是酒店前台！ 喔～， 入住的時候沒説清楚，後面給看了預訂單，又可以了！ 連續兩個早上都那樣，很不專業，而且態度傲慢，給差評！

I was expecting more from a Hilton! Service overall was good, however a couple of issues, for breakfast, the gluten free bread was terrible and barely eatable. When I told the woman at the entrance of the restaurant and I believe also one of the waitresses, she could not care less! Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed, big room, good room coffee and tea but another issue was the air conditioner, so noisy! You could not have it off or the room would get stuffy, if you leave it on, the noise would wake you up throughout the night as it was not constant but it will switch on automatically when the temperature was reached. It is a very old and noisy system. Nice to have a swim in the pool after a long fly!

Wir haben zweite Mal in dem gleichen Hotel übernachtet, aber im Gegensatz zum ersten Mal waren wir sehr enttäuscht wegen Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Es war wirklich unterm Bett rund im Bett sichtbar, seit Wochen nicht sauber gemacht worden. Aber außer diesem Pech, den wir diesmal hatten, ist das Hotel zu empfehlen sehr freundliches Personal sehr gut gelegen am Flughafen. Man kriegt nichts mit von dem Flugbetrieb. Es ist sehr luxuriös mit Pool Fitnessraum ein super Frühstück. Es gibt kostenloses Shuttle zum Terminal. Es ist sehr empfehlenswert. Nur an der Sauberkeit des Zimmers müsste man wirklich arbeiten.

Amazing customer service, the gentleman at the front desk was so accommodating. He was able to read that I was stressed from missing my flight and was just fantastic. The facilities were absolutely wonderful as expected. We would definitely stay again and recommend.

機場酒店位置較偏遠，所以未能使用Uber叫早餐，需要使用酒店餐廳的早餐。早餐價格為USD 21，網站價錢相若。因為位置在於地下靠近停車場，因此不適宜打開窗簾。

A great hotel to stay in before/after a flight. It was walking distance to terminal 2 or 3, although they also offer a free shuttle service from reception which we used for the very short distance to avoid the rain! The room was clean and had everything you’d want. The pool was nice and open 7am-10pm so we even managed a swim the morning before our flight! We arrived hungry just before 10pm and ate at the hotel restaurant and they adjusted a vegetarian wrap to make it vegan for us which was appreciated. It was very tasty! Breakfast was nice and also good for vegans, with almond milk and soya milk. A good stay.

I just checked in Hilton garden inn Cancun airport. But thr room was quite disappointing. Safe was open, but inside of the safe, there were some eaten muffins and cookies. The coffee maker also has the used coffee pod in the machine. Furthemore, the in-room phone was not working to connec me to the front desk. After physically approaching to the front desk, I requested the clean up the safe box and the coffee machine. But, it took a long time someone to come to the room what happended. He just took some muffins and cookies and went away. 15 min later, a hoursekeeping lady was coming up and I requested a replacement coffee machine, but she denied and will clean up the coffee machine, then dissappeared. But, she didn't show up for 1 h and we decided not to use the coffee machine and to fall a sleep.

A great hotel to stay in before/after a flight. I just checked in Hilton garden inn Cancun airport. But thr room was quite disappointing. Safe was open, but inside of the safe, there were some eaten muffins and cookies.
