衞生還可以，性價比高，樓下便利店餐廳都有，很方便，到雲頂高原遊樂場打車十分鐘，軟件叫車10馬幣左右，整體住的還很舒心，主要是價格真的香，下次還會住

酒店環境很好，房間乾淨整潔，床很舒服，服務人員態度友好，辦理入住很順利。去雲頂大概10分鐘 整體體驗非常滿意，下次來還會選擇這裏入住。

設施很好，給我們免費升級去了更好的房型。酒店很新，房間裏面也準備了洗漱用品，也有身體乳。衹是廁所味道重了點兒，其他床桌子都打掃得很乾凈

這次入住 Sky Retreat Hotel 住得很開心～房間乾淨整齊，環境安靜，山上天氣涼涼的很舒服。Check-in 也很順利，性價比真的很高。適合想來雲頂放鬆、簡單住一晚的人，下次還會再來 👍

1. Book 7 Nov 的住宿，11 Nov 才收到詳細的 check in email。 2. 通過 永安 chat 問 check in info，結果給錯 check in location，當天入住 call，只是回應一句那個是 auto reply。 3. 清潔度 - 床：ok - 馬桶：有青苔 - 其他：有灰塵 4. 地點偏遠和偏僻。 5. 住宿地點有很多個 tower，很混亂，吃時間，很累。 6. Lift 很慢。 7. 客服：態度和服務有很大的進步空間。

The room provided was not the same as shown in the pictures and appeared quite run-down. Housekeeping needs serious improvement—upon entering, I found a used shower cap left under the cabinet, which was very off-putting. The check-in process was also quite inconvenient. You have to check in at Tower 2, then proceed to Tower 7 for parking, which made the whole procedure feel disorganized and messy However, if you're looking for a budget-friendly stay and can overlook some of these issues, it might still be worth considering.

Dapat free upgrade to level 28. Cuma nak ambil kunci. Parking dan ke bilik tu bertukar2 tower. Mcm amazing race 😂 mungkin lepasni kena inform awal cara nya mcmana. Sgt confusing. Nk return kunci pun sampai sesat keluar ikut tower bridge. Sebab kalau terus keluar parking , nanti kena bayar full parking . Jika sblm keluar dah return kunci, boleh swipe kad tng tu dpt free je parking. Katil semua empuk best!

離開**太遠，吃東西不方便，但環境很好，清凈。可以考慮半小時一班車去**。房間很好，清潔。很難叫Grab

I booked Sky Retreat from 永安 and during check in we received our room at Grand Ion Delemen Hotel Pros -a decent room size & bathroom -got balcony with mountain view -complete toiletries -RM99 only -weather so nice up there Cons -this is the terrible part: parking and receptionist is far, luckily I read the reviews on how to get to receptionist but I still find it very far. Tak pernah lagi i pergi hotel receptionist dia jauh macam ni. -need to validate tng card before going out in order to get free charge but.. again validation needs to be done at receptionist which is very far. Sangatlah tak convenience oh god. Buat pikir banyak kali bila nak keluar sebab malas nak jalan jauh -lift only 4 but the night we were there, only 2 functioning. Conclusion: Hope mgt will improve on check in and check out process, the lift operation, the receptionist placement. Will not come back once these are improved

I booked a 2-night stay at this hotel and was placed in Block 7, Level 17. The condition of the room was appalling—extremely dirty, with cockroaches in the bathroom, a persistent bad smell, a leaking sink, and a non-functioning air conditioner. It was completely unacceptable. I attempted to cancel the second night due to these issues, but the hotel was unwilling to accommodate the request. Despite that, I decided to check out early and moved to another hotel. Thankfully, 永安 offered some compensation in the form of 永安 Coins, but the damage was already done. This experience ruined our holiday and was incredibly disappointing for my entire family.
