Stay was decent. But access to unit and car park was complicated. Price reasonable but I will only choose to stay again if Genting is fully booked.

The room was nice in general but saw some cockroaches in the bathroom and in the room, which was quite off-putting. The view from the room was amazing. But the two biggest issues were - the Wifi was not working and neither was the intercom so I had no way to contact the reception aside from going all the way down and in another tower to talk to the receptionist. The elevators are horrible during rush hour. You have to wait 15 to 30 minutes to get one if you're lucky. All in all, for this price, it should've been a better experience.

Bilik ok,siap ade shuttle sediakan,kalau nk drive pegi tempat lain amik msa yg lama,btter naik shutle dia hantar dekat skyworld,then naik cable car pegi GPO,caj Rm7 sorang sehala,cuma agak susah bila parking tower lain,nak check in tower lain,jalan nk msuk ke hotel pon agak gelap dan jauh,for me i akan repeat lagi🥰🫰🏻

My third visit into this area of Genting Highland. Here is not the Genting central, need 10 min drive to Genting Highland. However I like this place very much because it is exclusive and quiet, there is nothing at this area. Is a place to peace your mind from city or Genting Highland. You can see tree n sunrise. Very calm. Unfortunately, the lift service is extremely bad during peak hours (checkin/out time, breakfast time). I waited for one hour to get myself into lift on checkout day. Too high demand at the same time with not hotel setup plan upon construction. Beware for this issue. Room is not clean, I noticed they do not vacuum the floor, because I did not notice vacuum machine around.

Check in process is quite confused coz lobby is in tower 2 but car park at tower 7. Still ok since instruction given prior check in. We check in late evening, room is ok but no hot water. They change room for us, second room found toilet is clog and room got cockroaches. We are lucky to get big help from Gary from Misty summit Genting Highlands by Homesphere person in charge to urge receptionist get us 3rd room. We ended up move to tower 2 room. They upgrade us to stay in studio in this incident. Without this incident the stay is good and value for money.

Nice place to overnight in Genting🤩 Its kids friendly and got a lot of convenient store if you want to grab some snacks lol. But for the lobby and room its quite far and need to walk a lot cuz its not in the same building… Will repeat!!

Convenient location, especially if you're driving. The amenities are generally acceptable, though there’s room for improvement—particularly with the kitchen utensils, which could be more complete. The bathroom would also benefit from better ventilation to help eliminate the musty smell. Overall, a decent stay with a few areas that could be improved.

Around 5km away from genting parks. Nice and cheaper place to stay in. Just a bit confusing as lobby for checkin (can check in thru counter or self checkin via kiosk) is in another tower and my room is at another tower.

It’s cheaper than Genting resort, but it’s 15 mins away by car. The place is comfortable. Overall, will stay again if cannot get room at the resort.
