If you seek nice hot spring water then it will be great , but no other things to do. So many lizards in the resort. You cannot order grab car to pick you from the resort. Make sure you arrange transportation before booking. Staff are friendly.

Resort with comfortable rooms, spaciousness, and good value, good internet speed but location requiring a car as it’s quite secluded. Like the cold and hot pool can relax for whole day.

Peaceful short getaway during weekends. Hot spring is clean and well maintained. Hotel room is spacious. Breakfast variety is consider reasonable for the price we paid, just there are lots of flies in the area.

NOT recommend to book here. Location wise is not so strategic, 10KM away from Genting Sempah, 10KM away from Bentong town, road to both town is SUPER bad due to ECRL, and SUPER dark and dangerous at night. For customer service, i requested TWICE for TOWEL (Even promose to pay), house keeping doesnt respond at all, totall ignore me. WIFI at ROOM is TOTALLY DOWN, mobile network is TOTALL DOWN too. Room cleanliness is ok. Facilities is ok. Breakfast is included. Hot Spring Pool not bad.

酒店離文冬縣城12公里，停車方便，但環境、房間、各種設施，連三星級賓館都稱不上，就隨便住住吧。不過附近情人瀑布，卻出人意料的好玩，景色優美，路上還看到了成羣的猴子。

Top notch, just for the lift not operated. Others all good. Will repeat again this place. Cosy and have green surrounding also nature with hot spring. Ahh good combination and nice breakfast.

It was a pleasant stay for families with budget. Kids can enjoy swimming pool and parents can enjoy hot water pool. Breakfast was good even with limited variety. Lunch & dinner need to go to Bentong town as ala carte choice very limited. Staffs very helpful and friendly especially at the kitchen. Lift broken on our second day of stay and we’re at the third floor 😅

the hot spring at the hotel is okay , quit nice for elderly and have kids pool also. But the room bedsheet is dirty, there’s some stains on it. Sound proof also not that good, so loud when people walk pass and talking. Breakfast buffet is so less choice, only nasi lemak and meehun for main course.
