床很大很舒服，也挺乾淨，還提供一次性的洗漱用品，有吹風機，空間也挺大，交通不太便利，在很郊外晚上走那個道都會懷疑自己是不是走錯了，酒店附近什麼也沒有，得開車幾公里才能到便利店，但也因為在郊外所以好處是很安靜，能很好的休息，會比較推薦有開車的旅客來住

Thank you to the amazing 3 ladies at Reception who been friendly and super helpful during our stay! They informed us when the room is ready and it was even before check in time, we travelled with kids and they allow early check in so we get to rest and settle in after the heavy traffic travelling up during weekend! Kudos to the 3 ladies!

其實這次的旅遊是還好的，但就是在旅館裡面到了傍晚，我的小兒子哭得不停，感覺有些什麼的，大兒子也很害怕感覺房間了陰影涼涼的，我抱著小兒子託著大兒子拿包趕快走下去lobby 告訴服務員，他們看見我抱著又大又小的也很關心我和我聊天，他們好像也感覺到不妥當的，說立刻換房間給我們，第二個房間就沒這個問題了，整體來說也不錯的，小孩子很喜歡玩因為有游泳池最高興的，但就是游泳池裡沒有温水，孩子遊一下就很冷了，我自己也遊不了，如果酒店設施加温水我覺得會很棒，希望酒店能夠改善這個問題

Rumah luas, cantik, bersih dan sangat selesa untuk keluarga kami yang ramai kanak-kanak kerana ada kawasan lapang untuk anak main layang-layang, dekat dengan kolam renang sebab ade laluan tanng di belakang apartmen. Sya & Shima sangat ramah, banyak membantu semasa check in dan memberi informasi tempat makan dan tempat menarik di kawasan sini. Cuma malam agak gelap kerana di luar rumah kawasan padang ni tiada lampu.

im so happy to stay at GVR.even only for 2d1n,it is very good moment to remember..the staff at counter is very nice with a lof of info.the great view of the hotel.the spacious room.surely i’ll come again to GVR for next time.
