HORRIBLE！ I have never encountered such run-down property in my 17 years of traveling life after having stayed in more than 500 hotels & guest house! Look at the pictures, shower head broken, water pipe burst, bed had a big hole, water heater spoiled long ago and gathered dust, all corners of the room were so dirty, power point gave way....... It is way below liveable condition! As a result, I refused to check I and hasa long conversation with staff of 永安. com, finally they agreed to refund me in full despite the property just kept quiet and do not seemed to make refund. Please DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COST!

Nginep di Collection O near Museum Pusaka Karo formerly 3 Berastagi cukup nyaman untuk hotel budget. Lokasinya strategis, dekat Museum Pusaka Karo, jadi gampang ke mana-mana. Kamarnya bersih dan standar, cocok buat istirahat. Fasilitas cukup lengkap sesuai harga, dan stafnya ramah. Overall worth it kalau cari penginapan murah di Berastagi 👍
