1.離巴士站需要爬坡，有捷徑但很有點陡，不適合拉行李。 2.服務人員很好，可以借微波爐跟餐具。 3.房間很乾淨，也有陽台可以看風景。簡單的早餐，有麵包、優格、火腿、起司片、咖啡、茶包等等，很方便好吃。

Unser Standard Doppelzimmer für immerhin EUR 170 pro Nacht stellte sich als abgewohnte und überhitzte., dunkle Kammer im EG mit Blick auf Parkplatz und parkenden Autos wenige Zentimeter vor dem Fenster heraus. Nachts Lärm vom Gang, von benachbarten Balkons und ein- und ausparkenden Autos. Der Bad Lüfter erzeugte, ausser dem Geräusch einer durchfahrenden U-Bahn, keinerlei Wirkung. Das Frühstück nach einer schlaflosen Nacht krönte das unterirdische Erlebnis in diesem Hotel. Instant-Rührei (natürlich ohne Bacon), billigste Discounter-Wurst, keinerlei Service am Tisch. Wir reisten, trotz Buchung für mehrere Tage, umgehend ab.

There is quite a trek uphill to the hotel. The hotel is quiet and has beautiful views. Breakfast is very good and the restaurant, bar has good food and drinks.There is a sauna but not much else, but don't worry, the uphill trek will be enough exercise.

The food is good in the hotel restaurant. The staff are nice. However, it's far away from Berchtesgaden HBF. We need to climb up the hill to reach there.

The property is located at very(!) mountainous terrain, it is really tough to get there by foot , and carrying luggage is making it really painful. Note: there is no any Uber-like service in the city (not related to the property itself, just general comment). We got a room in the basement floor and it was a bit cold inside (may). Cleaning is on demand (you have to ask for it at the reception or put a sign on the door. Staff warns you about it in advance). I had some issues with drying my towel as there was no any heater in the room. No issues with hot water, the bed was a bit firm to me but thats okay. Breakfast is okay-ish (typical austrian / german, eggs , bread, butter and some cold cuts, yogurt and juice is also available). Coffee was great. Personnel is very friendly and helpful.
