卑爾根市艾克斯比申Prize by Radisson (Prize by Radisson, Xhibition Bergen City)

The location was great but check-in was a nightmare. Shower without curtains making water it a big mess and when I asked for more shampoo, they told me to go to another hotel to pick it up.

Great location. Require self check in or visit a nearby hotel of the same hotel chain

由於想要實體房卡，所以到另一間Magic Hotel分店辦理入住，可能入住率不高，所以直接被免費升級到另一間Magic Hotel分店。另一間分店的房間更大，包含早餐，而且更加靠近旅遊區，十分滿意，非常感謝升級。

The self-service check-in system at this hotel is absolutely infuriating! You’re forced to download a specific app to check-in, but when I logged in with my iPhone, I couldn’t unlock the room! Luckily, I had an Android phone, which barely worked. Then, not long after, the app logged me out and wouldn’t let me back in with the original password! I contacted customer service, and they told me to walk 5 minutes to the service desk to get a physical key card—already frustrating enough—but when I asked what was wrong with the app, they just said, "I don't know." I ended up wasting over two hours of my time! This kind of service is completely unacceptable! 這間飯店的無人櫃枱系統簡直讓人崩潰！入住必須下載一個指定的App，但我用iPhone登入後，居然無法解鎖房間！幸好我隨身帶了另一台安卓手機，才勉強解鎖。然而沒多久App自動把我登出，原本的密碼還不能再登入！聯繫客服後，他們居然叫我走5分鐘到服務處去拿實體卡片，這已經夠讓人生氣了，但當我問他們App到底出了什麼問題時，他們竟然只回了句“I don't know”。就這樣浪費了我兩個多小時！這種服務態度真的令人無法接受

酒店地段很好，也就僅此一個優點了。自助入住很不方便，兩個手機蘋果和安卓都開不開房門然後打了酒店電話給了房卡。這就算了，更誇張的是酒店樓上是個club，晚上不想睡覺的歡迎訂這個酒店。

房間中規中矩，距離市中心很近，性價比高，辦理入住不是很方便，要到邊上的酒店，距離不是很遠，同樣的名字，是連鎖。

設施：齊全，該有的都有 衞生：每天會打掃衞生，毛巾床品就比較乾淨 環境：市中心，晚上臨街有一些聲音可以接受。 還遇到了火警，全部人都下樓了，但沒有酒店人員解釋原因，沒有工作人員 服務：沒有前台，需要自助入住或者去200米外的連鎖酒店前台拿，比較不方便。半夜入住可能會麻煩

There was a big problem chevking in due to checking in by code on app, got app working and headed to the room, but app refused to unlock door, called support and had to run a few minutes to another hotel to get a physical key. Then at just before midnight the firealarm went off and we got out of bed and ran downstairs and to the street outside, stood there for approx. 1 hour with our 7 year old son among drunk people from the nightclub in hotel, there was bars up and down along the street with drunk people walking and shouting and our kid was freezing and afraid. There was a couple of security guys and 1 rep. from hotel outside, but was not told anything when approaching them and nobody got any information from them. So very bad experience from this stay and cannot recommend to others.

整了一個mobile check in，沒有前台，搞不定，冒雨走了10分鐘去另一個酒店拿房卡，體驗極差

酒店樓下是購物中心，附近亦有很多商店，方便購物。 酒店鄰近魚市場，便利旅遊。 酒店check in 是採取自助式，需要先安裝app才能打開房間門口。 房間內空間充足，但部份設施不實用。
