露露格爾德梅登酒店 (Lulu Guldsmeden)

Ich habe gestern eine Nacht in diesem Hotel in Berlin verbracht und war wirklich positiv überrascht. Schon beim Check-in wurde ich freundlich empfangen, alles lief schnell und unkompliziert. Genau so sollte es sein. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und angenehm ruhig, sodass ich richtig gut schlafen konnte. Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass alles gepflegt und durchdacht wirkte, nichts war abgewohnt oder lieblos. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls top – gute Auswahl, frische Produkte und für jeden etwas dabei. Auch der Service war aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Lage ist ideal, man kommt schnell überall hin, egal ob geschäftlich oder privat unterwegs. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Ich komme definitiv wieder und kann das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen.

I had a serious issue with the payment process. I had already prepaid for the booking through 永安, but the hotel still charged me again at check-out, including an additional charge for breakfast, which I never booked or consumed. After leaving, I had to follow up with both the hotel and 永安 to sort out the issue. This was inconvenient and disappointing. The manager was polite in communication. Although he replied once and said the front desk staff would help, he put the responsibility on the reception and never followed up after I explained I had already checked out. I send email with receipts and details, but received no reply. This lack of accountability was disappointing and unprofessional.
