很乾凈，很貼心 準備了早晚餐

I I had an unforgettable hotel experience. When I arrived, I tried to push the door open, but it was locked. There was no doorbell. Just as I was fretting over what to do, three groups of guests who had booked the same hotel tried to enter, but none of them could get in. Then one of the guests noticed a digital keypad and typed in the code from her email, but none of them could get in. Each of our groups tried their codes, but none of them could get in. As we were still fretting, the door suddenly opened, and a guest came out, allowing us all to enter. That guest explained that the hotel had emailed us a ten-digit start code and a four-digit comfort code. You had to enter the start code first, then the comfort code, to open the door. The other guests had both the start code and the comfort code, but my email only contained the comfort code. The kind guest checked my email and confirmed that it contained only the comfort code. He then called the hotel, and they said our reservation had been cancelled because we hadn't paid the city tax. However, I clearly saw on the check-in voucher that the €29.90 check-in fee was payable upon arrival. The staff member on the phone later said they would email us the payment and, after payment, gave us a new start code and comfort code. After payment, we finally got a room. However, upon checking in, I discovered it wasn't the Standard Studio with Balcony we'd booked, but a Standard Studio. I didn't want to call them again to complain about the mistake; I just wanted a comfortable room. The hotel's location is convenient, about a 5-minute walk from S train station, and the room was generally acceptable.

Hotel sehr sauber. Alles super.  Spontaner early check in leider nicht möglich.

중앙역에서 버스를 타고 10분정도 가면 됩니다. 체크인 카운터같은곳은 없는 무인레지던스 느낌입니다. 입실전날 지정된 이메일로 방키가 오는데 그 방키로 건물중앙문부터 여러개를 여는 방식입니다. 참 불편합니다. 하지만 방은 아주 깨끗하고 주방이 훌륭합니다.

Wir fanden den Aufenthalt dort naja. Wir waren im Ipartment Berlin Mitte. Unsere Zimmer waren sehr staubig, der Staub lag irgendwann auf dem Boden, da alles von der Fensterbank und auch über der Küche runterflog. Leider gibt es bei dem Ipartment keine Parkplätze und man ist gezwungen Parktickets zu ziehen, die teilweise echt in den Geldbeutel gehen. Auch, hat das Ipartment leider keinen Ofen…. Wir fragen uns wie man 6 Monate (max. Wohnzeit) dort ohne Ofen auskommen soll. Man hatte vor Ort eine kleine Spülmaschine wo große Teller garnicht rein passten. Wir hatten 5 Tage vor Ort & haben 3x Spülmaschinen Tabs bekommen, was schon armselig ist, ebenso wie Mülltüten, wenn man dort echt 3. mal am Tag essen macht muss man viel Geld dort rein stecken genauso wie Toilettenpapier war deutlich zu wenig. Die Mülltüten hatten keinen Hänkel somit ist uns natürlich der ganze Müll auseinander gefallen. Die Heizung hat durchgehend geheizt trotzdem wir sie ausmachten. Der Rauchmelder ist über der Küche, dort steht ein Schild man soll aufpassen, da er sehr empfindlich ist und los gehen kann (dann müsste man den Feuerwehr einsatz selber zahlen) man hat Angst dann dort Nudeln kochen. Also für das Geld nicht so zu empfehlen.
