Nice stay. Location is good. A few min walk from Warschauer Str. Friendly staff. Big breakfast buffet. A slight barbie vibe in the room, but that‘s funny.

Cooles Sehr modernes Hotel direkt an der Spree. Lage nah an der S-Bahn, also alles gut erreichbar. Kommen wieder…

I stayed at the nhow Hotel Berlin with friends for 6 nights around New Year's. While there were some positive aspects, overall, the experience felt quite inconsistent for a 4-star hotel. The positives: - The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. - Soundproofing between the rooms was good. - The staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, there were numerous issues that detracted from the experience: - Reservation Mix-Up: I had specifically requested two single beds instead of a double bed, but this was not reflected in the room assignment upon arrival. - Missing Amenities: Basic items in a hotel like bathrobes and slippers were missing from the room, and we were told to order them via room service. Unfortunately, the app didn’t work, and no one at the reception answered the phone despite multiple attempts on different days. - Light and Noise Issues: While the rooms were soundproofed well from other rooms, we could hear everything happening in the hallway. Additionally, there was a gap under the door, letting light from the corridor into the room at night, which made it impossible to have complete darkness. - Wellness Area: The wellness area was underwhelming. There was no jacuzzi, only a sauna and a hammam, and the hammam was out of service. The gym locker room lights stopped working after a certain time, and towels were unavailable later in the day. - Misleading Information: A brochure in the room mentioned that phone chargers were available via room service. However, we were told at the reception that these were no longer provided for free and had to be purchased for €20. While the hotel wasn’t bad overall, these recurring small issues added up and left us feeling that the service didn’t meet the expectations for a 4-star establishment. It’s a shame because we did enjoy our stay to some extent, but the lack of attention to detail was disappointing. If I return to Berlin, I won’t rule out staying here again, but I’ll definitely check other options first.

Very good stay, hotel was fairly easy to reach, about 10/15 min from subway by foot. Good room, very clean and quiet. Very good breakfast. Gym also has plenty of exercise machines, fairly good for an hotel. Would stay again.

Das Hotel ist von der Lage her super. Leider kam in 3 Übernachtungen nicht einmal eine Reinigungskraft. Frische Handtücher haben wir an der Rezeption angefordert. Ansonsten Ist das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir hatten 3 Übernachtungen ohne Frühstück. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Wir waren jetzt schon zum wiederholten Mal im nhow Hotel und sind jedes Mal begeistert! Die Zimmer sind nicht nur stylisch und modern, sondern bieten auch einen richtig tollen Ausblick auf die Oberbaumbrücke und die Spree – einfach mega! (Muss man allerdings auf kleinen Aufpreis buchen) 🤩 Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist einzigartig, und der Service lässt keine Wünsche offen. Immer wieder gerne!

Ik kom aan geen parkeer plek ga ik naar de balie geeft de medewerker aan ja er is geen plek je kunt je auto 10 min hiervandaan parkeren uiteindelijk geparkeerd terug gekomen zeg ik meerdere keren ik wil een kamer met 2 1 persoons bedden ja Isgoed lang gewacht op de lift naar mijn kamer gegaan krijg een 2 persoons bed weer terug gegaan naar beneden geef ik aan nee 2 1 persoon bedden werd ze niet al te blij van uiteindelijk andere kamer gekregen bedden zitten niet vast tegen de achterwand waardoor het bed heel de tijd naar voren schuift ontbijt was wel top en breed

地理位置離uber arena很近，看演唱會很方便。工作人員態度好，入住的時候普通房型都滿了所以給我免費升級了。房間很大住起來很舒適，有個小冰箱，裏面有飲料和酒，可以自調雞尾酒。浴缸泡澡很舒服。房卡很好看。酒店都是粉粉的其實很適合情侶或者閨蜜（兄弟）來拍照
