Duschkopf hatte keine Halterung, Geruch wie in einem *******. Aber sonst erträglich. Alles renovierungsbedürftig wiederkehrende Obdachlose im Eingang. Haben offenbar Code. Es fehlt an etwas Ordnung. Sehr hellhörig. Licht kommt durch die Türzarge. Sehr unsauber der Treppenflur. Frühstück OK, aber nicht überragend. Preis ist so niedrig, ich würde es trotzdem keinem empfehlen.

Schlechte Ausstattung, Bad Tür klemmt und geht nicht auf. Balkon sehr marode sollte renoviert werden. keine Heizung vorhanden. Gebäude in die Jahre gekommen. Bad Tür geht mitten in der Nacht nicht auf und klemmt sehr. Weder Fernseher noch Kaffeemaschine noch Kühlschrank vorhanden. Sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel aber in guter Lage.

Good value for money. Great location with quick links to the city centre by public transport. The single bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean with a shower and good water pressure. You won't find soap in the bathroom, but they give you shampoo and even a tooth brush. No tooth paste though. The person at the check-in desk insisted on the city tax being paid in cash although there were Visa, Mastercard and Amex signs everywhere. The city tax charged was higher than stated in the booking confirmation and I was provided with a hand written receipt of a lower amount than actually paid. This detail makes me wonder whether the property owners pay their duties in a correct manner.

The hotel location is good but rooms are very small and very old. They offer very poor breakfast. Toilet flash tank in my room was broken and couldnt flash. instead i've been told to use waste bucket to pour water in. Generally the price and service is not value for money.

相當不滿意，最差，沒有之一，服務態度極度惡劣，不友好，前台不會英文，永安代為退房，第二天取行李讓，前台不是24小時，昨天前臺中午12點關門還房卡已經沒人，今早還房卡，前台向住客索要70歐元房費告知永安處理前台還説不同意還要70歐元現金並且拒絕信用卡付款，威脅超過中午12點不拿走行李還要再收取70歐元，也就是一天時間想要收取行李寄存140歐元，簡直是黑店，還有歧視嫌疑，全球酒店第一次遇到
