Hotel is in an ideal location with a very short walk from a nearby train station. The Hotel has a lovely old feel to it but is very clean. The breakfast is continental style but with enough on offer. The reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and positive about the City. The Hotel offers a pop up bar across the road. Very nice stay and the only complaint was soft pillows.

距離火車站很近，酒店很乾凈，提供了交通指引，伯爾尼是德語區 就是早餐可選擇的太少了，9 點下去吃連吐司都沒了，也沒見補充，更晚一些下來的客人連乾淨的杯子都沒了，也沒見服務生有行動，感覺需要加強服務

Got some bit marks and saw bed bugs on my bed and pillows the Hotel promised to clean the room immediately, but I still found few of Bed bugs on my bed on the following day/night. I hope the Hotel will manage to really clean the room seriously, so the other will not have the bad experience like me. Stay at this hotel many times, but this ia firat time I got this problem. I had lots of marks bit, red rash and getting worst with bigger area as seems I was allergic from these beg bugs bit marks.

Mur trop fin j’ai entendu ronfler mon voisin toute la nuit . Fenêtre ouverte dans la chambre donc plein de moustiques et ce matin à 8h du matin réveillée par des le son super fort du théâtre . Horrible expérience je ne reviendrai pas .

This hotel is super convenient to go anywhere. Tramp/busses are nearby the hotel. One thing is that the room is quite small but the bathroom is big. Not enough space to put my luggage and i had to put them in the bathroom instead. They have vintage elevator too!
