去停泊島臨時住了一晚，在哥打巴魯算是很不錯的酒店了，乾淨，舒適，現代化。三人間很適合一家三口。還有一個小小的健身房。

The room was spotless and well-maintained, with a modern and practical bathroom design. The toilet and shower area had a unique ship-style concept, clean and functional, which gave a refreshing experience. Overall, the facilities were excellent and very comfortable.

A very functional hotel located in Kuala Besut to facilitate a comfortable overnight stay for those planning a 永安 to Perhentian Island. The room is clean and toilet and shower is working well. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioning is comfortable. The reception is welcoming and it provide basic amenities for a comfortable overnight stay. The breakfast is not luxurious but come complete with western and local dishes. Overall a good hotel for a night stay in Besut.

We stayed at Fairfield by Marriott Kuala Besut recently and unfortunately did not experience the level of service expected from a branded hotel. Communication was poor (messages unanswered, multiple calls not picked up before check-in), check-in was confusing despite a single booking for two rooms, and we were even given rooms apart from each other. Most concerning, one room had a cockroach on the bed. When we called reception, no one answered, so we had to go down personally. Initially, we were told no rooms were available until we showed photos, after which we were moved to another room. Throughout these issues, staff did not show much empathy or offer any proactive solutions. We hope management takes this feedback seriously, as service standards should be improved to match the reputation of the brand.

Kuala besut (港)まで車で5分以內です。港周辺には、寫真のような飲食店もあり良かったです。ホテルはとても綺麗で清潔で、スタッフさんも良い方ばかりでした。安い金額にも関わらず、不満なく過ごせました！

Staff Shu Yee was very friendly and promptly answer to our queries. Your room is absolutely comfortable and clean. Mattress and pillow were comfortable. Ample Parking Space. Only one issue, since it is located adjacent to Kuala Besut Fish Complexs, unpleasent fishy smell during walks at hotel compound.

The hotel serves its purpose as a stopover spot between Perhentian islands and the big land. Clean, comfortable with lovely staff. Breakfast is limited but once again, makes sense considering why it is there. The pricing is also aligned with the circumstances. Good experience. Boat transfers arrangement was flawless.

I stayed in this property for one night, during the transit to visit Perhentian island. I stayed in a single room, which was small but served my purpose well. Enjoyed the amenities such as gym, which is well equipped and well maintained. Breakfast was ample and tasty. I will visit again if there is a chance.

第二天早上趕9:30上島的話，選擇前一天入住萬楓酒店，是萬豪停泊島酒的接駁酒店，位置首選。 入住後第二天早上8點開始就可以在萬楓酒店側面的萬豪lobbycheckin，行李直掛房間。通過萬楓碼頭，不用再去kualabesut的公共碼頭。9:30發船，比公共船大並且舒適很多。10:30左右即上島。
