Location is perfect. Stay was good. All facilities and amenities was good. I have requested an early check-in while booking via MMT however the message wasn't conveyed to them and they haven't consider this and charged me extra amount Rs. 700. If this could be streamlined, will be good.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The stay was pleasant and comfortable, and the hospitality was good. The morning buffet breakfast was good with 3 options to choose from apart from cereal. Staff was really helpful

Shower was not working, washroom was not clean, no water supply, changed 3 rooms, still same complains in all the room, staff behaviour was not good in assisting customers, long waiting time to cah ge the room
