Rooms need cleaning, beds are not clean. Service is to be improved. Food is average but can be hugely improved. Initially it was great

The property is new in the middle of an industrial area and it's purely for a night stay business travellers. The tariff is very high and mostly not justified.

Room was nice and clean. Bit noisy with the cleaning staff. Food was not to great and few stuff on menu not available. Definitely a language constraint for foreign tourist as even with my english not able to get orders placed.
