Room and ambience is very good but service is pathetic. Too much time taKen by the staff. Also not consider any MMT complimentary discount as mentioned in MMT bookings. Outside room cleaning is major issue. They charge extra 10-15% for dining. Also food taste is not upto the mark. A simple bottle of water takes half an hour to provide in room

The property is very beautiful and located near the lake making it easier to visit all the nearby attractions. The rooms are spacious and the food was good. The staff were friendly and service was amazing.

Property was smelling. Not same as shown in pictures. Food quality is not up to mark. In breakfast no buffet was served, very disappointed with the stay

Quiet place , still 1 km accessible to main area, clear view from restaurants, clean and hygienic rooms, service is slow but you will get what you need , food is good homemade style , fresh with less spices or as per your needs. The main concern was light cuts for 2 or more hours in a stretch, and nothing works charger tv or wifi when light goes. They do have a generator and may turn them in on if you insist . Another issue was foul smell form outside in room 103, but I think it's temporary, not a deal breaker, we were 3 adults and 1 child in a room, I extra mattress provided . Overall, it's a good place , very near to lake

We stayed at Malusara Hotel(Super Deluxe Lake view room we paid) from May 17th to May 19th, 2024, with breakfast included. We traveled with our 1.5-year-old toddler. The hotel is located in front of Bhimtal Lake, though the view of the lake from the rooms is obstructed by trees. However, you can enjoy a clear view of the lake from the restaurant area. There were a few issues during our stay: 1. Monkeys: There were a lot of monkeys in the area. They started jumping on the roof at around 4 AM, which made it difficult to sleep peacefully. The roofs are made of tin and wood, so the noise was very loud. 2. Night Staff: No staff members are present at the hotel from 10 PM to 7 AM. In case of an emergency, they provided us with a mobile number to call. 3. No Air Conditioning: The rooms do not have air conditioning, which was not Although it is mentioned 4. No Refrigerator: Despite stating that the rooms have refrigerators, there was none in our room. When we inquired about this, the staff suggested we use the restaurant's fridge. However, this fridge is only accessible until 10 PM when the staff leaves. Overall, while the location and views from the restaurant were nice, the issues with noise, lack of staff presence at night, and missing amenities made our stay less comfortable than we had hoped.

A decent property with good aesthetics. Best part is the property is just adjacent to the lake .The staff here is friendly, welcoming and helpful.The rooms are hygienic and well maintained and of course the view from room is calming .The property is in tranquility, away from hustle bustle,easily reachable .The delectable food served is not to be missed . Everything was made comfortable here ,really enjoyed my stay and i look forward to visit them again.kudos 👏

Property is in gud location, lake view rooms, food is also very fresh, staff is also very gud.

Rooms are very good, property is well maintained. The only disappointment is food costing. In house food is very costly and there is no single shop around 1km radius.
