Stay was good, staff was very co-operative. Front desk even upgraded our rooms, the only thing which needs improvement is the brekfast buffet selection, it should have more options and tastier food. An omlette station should be added.

It was very bad. Rooms were not cleaned and staying was far away from the reception. You have to cross the main road to reach at rooms.

Bed quality is not good. All night near pool is close we are unable to walk there. Elevator in dirty. Rest food good service is fine.

Tje washroom was having seepage issue. Housekeeping staff was least bothered to visit the room and resolve the issue despite contacting them a lot of times. Pot seats were very dirty. Bed linens were not clean. Food taste was pathetic. Worse experience ever at any property booked by makemy永安. Even makemy永安 could not contact the property and help resolve the issue.

Though the rooms are quite spacious and moderately maintained house keeping is pretty ineffective view hotel distance from main reception. The rooms are in shopping complex building which gives the hotel a bad taste. Overall, recommended for short stay but probably not with family.
