Room service is very poor. Even clean ship of the room was not done properly . They need to put in sincere efforts to improve their services

It's easy to find Location & Food & services & amenties are fine. Totally vegetarian, additionally good for me

The room service was not good and there were mosquitoes in the room and other essential items like slippers were not available in the room yet.

Location was good, only issue with too much mosquito in room. Room and other amenities were found good at mark.

Sufficient housekeeping staff was noticed missing. Room was clean but blanket and towels were not properly kept. Lavatory cleaning was also rough and ready. Done.

When i was out without permission they open room and clean, my gold ring was stolen, and before booking i call them and ask for driver door matry arrangements and the said yes its available but after checking they ignore, my driver slept on car seat for 2 days, very bad service and staff.
