It was a very bad experience with the hotel, they forced me to pay additional charges on top of the booking amount. First they claimed that it's GST charges (even though I have already paid 18% GST to them), post sharing the GST paid details with them, they changed and claimed that additional charges are due to the portal raising booking for a higher amount. However they didn't share the booking details with charges & GST they received from the portal. It was a very frustrating experience as the staff was not willing to listen and understand.

Great place! The outdoor terrace looks amazing with all the little lights and hanging plants, and it's warm even on a windy and grey day. They are pet friendly, that is a plus for me. They brought us water and a little treat for our puppy. The food was great, beautiful and delicious. You should try the Tuna in the appetizers
