I found it a little annoying and surprised that this hotel charged me rs2000- extra for my early check-in at the property. Which was never mentioned anywhere. We stayed for 24hours exactly and checked out at 8am the next day. They charged us the amount while we check out but since we had a flight to catch we payed the amount they asked us to. If it is not a fee then mm t should act upon this matter and let the customer know about this atfirst.

The hotel (more like a small resort with a rustic theme) conveniently placed near to the lake area. It is easily accessible and a peaceful neighborhood. The staff are courteous and helpful. They have an excellent continental cafe that is busy in the evening. A reasonable breakfast spread as well. Food is excellent in general.

It was a very good stay. 100/100 in hygiene, food and service. Whenever i'll be traveling to bhopal i'll stay to this wonderful place only. Interior is very superb and one thing that catch my eye was hotel's bathroom.

Terrible food service + non responsive customer service + shady staff(the way staff look at you when they interact with you or when they come in your room for in room dining is really terrible. Also open electric wiring in balcony of the room.
