Room was very small but in the picture it was big. may be hotel person allotted us that small room.

There is no option for -ve star .. so I gave one star... In my 25yrs of travelling experience this was the worst of worst hospitality experience with staff n hotel facilities. N they will trap u in the name of hotel policy for sake of money but they comprise with their service. They won't take ur any type problem and issues or any problem with family if u face in the hotel... I faced challange with 8 members family n carring luggage in check in n check out ... They will dig u .... Won't go there if u avoid stress n want relief.. it's not a matter of money...it's the matter of relaxation safety n last but not the least peace of mind....

It was a very bad experience of nothing clean in the like room, bed pillow cover etc. We will try to never book such types of hotels in life.

When i checked early in at the hotel around 5:30am. They started asking for early check-in money that also asked for two days early check-in amount. I asked them to wait till i get freshen up. As i entered the room the room was in old condition. Dirt marks were over the wall. I asked the hotel boy to change the room, but he denied saying that this is only room available. Though i managed and slept because while traveling i fell sick. Around 10:30 the receptionist guy called me saying to clear my early check-in money. At that time i was having a fever i said i will give it once i leave. But said that his shift time is getting over and he needs clear all dues. Then i told him i am not well and not in a condition to come to your desk. You don't care about the customer health and just want your money and it's just been few hours i had checked in. You have given any bathroom soap or shampoo neither cleaned the toilet or the room. Then around 11am i paid 800- for early check-in. Today when i was checking out i asked for my early check-in paid receipt. But owner said they don't provide early check-in recipet. I said that actually the rule if i am paying money i will should get receipt. Owner started saying we have taken 50% charge instead of full day in the early check-in. So i said for that reason you will not provide a receipt. He said that his rule he follows. At the end he said on a blank paper he will stamp and write 800- received. And the way he talked was very rude and atlas t no receipt was given. This was my last visit at this hotel. Will not recommend others to visit this hotel because the service and rooms are not upto the standard.

Location is good but room is very small as compared to his price. Room is clean. Room service also got good

- great location - the room and bathroom were clean - the bedsheet and blanket had a lot of stains - ac was working but lacked cooling - important info: no outside food is allowed and therefore no cutlery will be provided.

It's an excellent hotel, with all amenties except iron bed making sound. Thali arranged by hotel is excellent but too heavy and can take 2 persons.

Housekeeping staffs are not there, ventilation system is not available. The room size is so small. Smelly environment

Not value for for money at all 1800 for ac room which is size of bed only is terrible. We should never go in this hotel

Went hotel at 12 am night and door locked i called many times nobody pick up and also it was non refundable again called manager picked cl. I told i have train at 3 am morning can u open the door please but he refused very badly and saying i have yo sleep so i did not stay there that night but he didn't refund my money also kindly suggest wht should i do i lost my money it's very bad behavior by manager
