"our stay at vrp guesthouse was utterly disappointing, with incredibly dirty rooms, unresponsive staff who seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns, and a general lack of basic amenities. The room had visible stains on the bedding, the bathroom was poorly maintained. We felt completely disregarded throughout our stay and would strongly advise anyone to avoid this hotel.

Very poor. Service and cleanliness is very poor. Don't know why this app suggested that type of hotels. Floor, mattress, bedcover also unclean. Unhealthy environmental. Bathroom condition is also very poor

hotel is not good for family specially. not clean, no care by staff, owner is rude, no wifi, in peak winter geyser was not working. i will never going to visit this hotel again.

The hotel room was not clean, owner was rude, staff was not so responsive and careless, in this peak winter the gyser was not working, there was no wifi and hotel had charge a good amount of money for the room, i highly don't recommend any one to visit this room with family.

It was a good stay. Though i did not spend any full day at the hotel, the reception and staff were okay. The room was clean and i would rate hygiene as very well. The only thing i missed is the lack of hot water. I tried complaining to the room service but it was not fully resolved.

Location is good. But room is very bad. There is no washroom lock, even when i said to reception regarding that the boy was told me lock your main gate. Wash room light was too dim you cant see anything after evening in the washroom even not properly seen in morning time also. After check in they dont even provide water in room which is very common part of every hotel and guest house. Behaviour of receptionist was very rough.

The hotel was on an average. The toilet commod was in broken condition and water geyser location was awkward. I observed that the on board charges of the hotel room was less than that i had paid on the make my 永安.

The hotel room was not clean, owner was rude, staff was not so responsive and careless, in this peak winter the gyser was not working, there was no wifi and hotel had charge a good amount of money for the room, i highly don't recommend any one to visit this room with family.
