Hotel is too bad. Hotel is terrible to stay. No ac, no tv. No clean. Bath room fittings are too bad. In side room bad smell is coming. Room allotted to me third floor. As my age i cannot climb and requested, but they told you can get in third floor.

The bedsheets was dirty pillow cover s were dirty TV cable was not working though complained did not work till we left.

I stay for one night but i am not finding clean rooms as well as basic facilities. Room flush is not working properly. Bedsheet and blankets are not properly maintained. Morning breakfast they provided only poha which is so cold like they took directly from the freezer. ’ morning lit like tooth brush and pest are chargeable. After paying good amounts for stay still we not get basic facilities.

Very disappointed experience. No any staff give proper answer for your request. Bathroom’s flush not working. Even not resolve this problem after many times complaining.

In the morning, i received call from hotel and management team said your hotel booking might be cancel due to water safety issues, then they have arranged a hotel near the usha residency and at the mid night they told me unmarried couple entry not allowed and then they had booked another hotel for me which was too far away from my today’s work place

The experience at Usha residency was simply awesome. The location of this hotel is good, all local tourist attractions are easily accessible in walking distance. The staff is so professional and helpful, check-in process was super smooth. The room was neat and clean. Fresh towel and toiletries were also provided during check-in. Overall the stay was pleasant and will highly recommend. Good Location to Stay thank you Usha Residency's staff

Second floor. Never stay here. Gave two rooms on different floors. Smells room. Unclean bathrooms. So many men in one room staying as their staff and alcohol drinking. so not family or woman friendly environment in the hotel.
