The hotel looks fresh and clean, really liked the sea and surf decor in the lobby. The room is fairly basic but pleasant, clean and spacious. Having a little balcony looking out towards the sea was super nice. Liked that there was a kettle and tea and coffee in the room. The location is a bit of a walk from the city centre, but really close to a very nice beach. Breakfast out on the terrace was lovely, especially loved the fresh oj. Coffee wasn’t great tho.

Atrocious dinner service; I asked twice for water, but it was never brought. I had to ask a third time. We ate all of our starters without any of our ordered drinks (wine or water) delivered. Awful breakfast service on the first morning. In a busy environment, the logical layout of where plates and cutlery are kept (also a large distance apart) is completely nonsensical and the staff were very slow to replenish breakfast supplies during peak breakfast time. At 9.05 am, a cleaner knocked on the door! Ludicrously early. We shouted to ask them to leave. At 2.52 pm, a male staff member unlocked the door and promptly walked into the room without invitation while my partner was in bed, unclothed. This was grossly unacceptable. On that basis, you absolutely must not stay at this hotel. There is a serious safety issue here. This hotel is the "Fawlty Towers" of Biarritz, except nobody is laughing.

Después de las 10.00 no se puede tomar ni un café en el hotel, y la cena a partir de las 21.00 no sirven. Para ser un hotel que no está centrico, deberían dar mas facilidades para desayunar si no quieres el buffet de 15€ que te ofrecen. Para aparcar está bien y gratuito. Para ir al centro 1km. Nuestra habitación estuvo genial y limpia. La cama de 2 metros
