The location of hotel is good. Near Railway station easy to locate. The sizes of rooms are decent and the layout is good... overall ambience is good. But the food quality is not good.... they need to work on the same.

The sofa in the room had a lot of stains. Despite multiple reminders, they never shared the Wi-Fi password and informed me that the Wi-Fi was down due to a technical issue. Additionally, the food was disappointing, and the receptionist became upset very quickly, even if you spoke politely.

The staff response is horrible, rooms have mosquitoes and they do not have arrangement of all out / good night. Hot water not available properly, linen is not of good quality. Not recommended at all

Room was okay type, no car parking available. Breakfast was pathetic, no much options, no quantity and not willing to serve and provide enough food on the plate. Dinner was not upto the mark, so much of oil used in the food.

Hotel is good. There are some issues which need to resolved. Like bathroom exhaust make very noise. Room gate move with wind and make noise. Water are not hot in bathroom, i dont know what they use to make it hot, but it was warm not hot.

Food is not good specially breakfast. Staff behavior is not good. Services also take time at-least 30 - 45 min. For a cup of tea. Tv was not working. Overall not good.
