The worst experience ever about their dealing and made me hate this beautiful city of Bilbao. I can’t write everything here. Strongly suggested to avoid especially for the people going from outside Europe.

The location is great and the room is clean. But there are two big problems: 1. You can hear everything from the other room all the time 2. The wifi is really slow, when I asked for help they told me “it may be because of the weather and we have the same issue with our computer” If you want to work don't book this place...

Nice little hotel in the heart of Bilbao old town. Great location. Room a little bit small but did the job, comfortable enough.

La verdad que elevado el precio para las prestaciones que tiene. Se trata de un edificio en el casco antiguo de Bilbao, reformado para el turismo. Habitaciones muy pequeñas sin aire acondicionado y sin ascensor. El ascensor no es tan importante porque las habitaciones están en la Segunda y tercera planta pero el aire acondicionado si que lo echamos de menos. Hace bastante calor en verano y solo un ventilador, puede que la estancia no sea tan agradable. Por otro lado, el estar en pleno centro, como la habitación no sea interior, el ruido de los bares al medio día y la noche es tremendo. La chica de recepción muy amable, la segunda noche al quejarnos del ruido, nos cambió la habitación por una interior que mejoró bastante el tema del precio. Aún así, el precio lo veo desproporcionado
