房間整潔乾淨，度假村很小，設施相對簡陋。地點偏僻，用餐衹能在酒店裡。適合放空發呆，安靜的地方。雖然是華人開的，但是前台年輕人不懂華語。

I stayed in a standard cheap ,The first thing that bothered me was that there were clean slippers in the room for free. We recommend that you bring slippers. There is no refrigerator in the room, so it is recommended to bring your own refrigerator. At night, young people ride on noisy motorcycles, so they can sleep well with pleasant sound. The earplugs attached to the room were useful. We recommend that you bring a headset for F1.

The view of the resort is fantastic. The only downside side is not much merchants or shop surrounding. You have to spend everything inside the resort but honestly the resort need some touch up, it looks a bit old. But the staff and people there are super nice. Recommended if you would like to relax by doing nothing in the Resort.

房間很乾凈，雖然稍微有點偏，但是環境確實沒得説，臨海，適合親子，家庭，情侶度假，出門就是海邊，海水退潮後非常清澈，肉眼可見的海藻和小魚，也可以帶孩子在海邊玩耍。值得推薦，最好是住兩晚，好好享受下慢時光和酒店泳池！

On this family 永安, we booked four rooms at this hotel. However, one family was unable to join due to their child falling ill. When we tried to cancel the room by emailing and calling the hotel, our request was denied. We even offered to provide a medical certificate, but the hotel still refused. This felt very inconsiderate, and we ended up wasting SGD 532. Additionally, the hotel is located in the northern part of Bintan Island, which is about an hour’s drive from the mangroves, various attractions, and the ferry terminal. The towels and toilet were dirty, the food was mediocre, and there were no nearby restaurants to dine at.

The main attraction is beach combing during low tide everyday, the water is shallow and very clear, full of seashells, crabs and little fishes. Really fun. There is also a jetty u can see many fishes in the sea, it's a short walk from the resort ( bet can see different species if u go at night with a powerful torch). There is also a local mini mart to buy things on the other side. Kampongs with 🐔 chicken farms around and many local fisherman fishing. A lot of stars at night if there is no moon or clouds. Overall a wonderful experience for nature lovers and kids to explore. However the tv resolution is bad, the food serving is little and the transport and other activities are quite expensive, no hair conditioner and have to ask for insect repellent. The staff are all very nice. Hopefully they address these and provide more activities, it's such a wonderful beach, more people should come.

Excellent location away from the usual water parks and tourists. The resort is only an hr from the ferry terminal, for an additional fee, they can arrange pickup/drop off. The room is way better than the photos advertised. Every amenity you can think of is available including insect repellent cream. This is the place to stay if you want to be close to nature. There are a few species of kingfishers, sandpipers and swifts, raptors, etc just to name a few. The main highlight of this place is when the tide is low, you can walk out and go fish hunting, spot different species of crabs, and mudskippers, etc. Since it is a mangrove beach, inevitably there are sandflies so it's important to cover up when heading to the beach. The staff are friendly and food is amazing. I will be back again hopefully in the near future.
