房間乾淨，家庭建議選雙床可以並在一起，足夠一家三口或四口。孩子喜歡小童樂園，玩一天沒什麼問題。酒店和indigo相通，玩膩了可以坐酒店buggy去隔壁，也有shuttle去lagoi商場。

據説是今年5月新開的酒店。一直看到臉書IG在宣傳，很適合小朋友家庭。正好年底了，就想帶全家去放鬆一下。特意選的非學校假期時間，人還是挺多的。都是家裡有幼兒園的家庭，小孩不用上學。 房間很大，都有露台。 酒店的服務人員都很親切，時刻都是滿臉笑容。晚上挺安靜的。 有小童俱樂部，每一天都排滿了活動。有工作人員幫忙帶領。如果家長放心，可以把小朋友寄存在那邊。 我們都是在酒店附近活動，酒店有免費車可以接送。如果去太遠，需要自己包車。 酒店後面有海灘，我們試了免費的皮划艇。

Fuss free shuttle service to & fro the ferry terminal to hotel. All the staff are smiley and approachable should you need any assistance. Whole resort was clean with nice pools, kids indoor/outdoor playground. Love riding the bicycles available at the hotel to explore the huge hotel area. Had almost all the meals in the hotel’s restaurant where their buffet was reasonable price (kids eat free) and food was tasty. The bbq night is a must try, food is good and nice vibe with the live band. We truly had a good experience and will definitely be going back soon.

The room is very clean and spacious. We book the room that is facing the swimming po on the 5th floor which has a nice view. Windy, the receptionist is very friendly and helpful by allocating room nearer to the kids club so that less walking is needed. The hotel has restaurant, kids club, kids pool, adult pool, family play room, very good spa, a lot of places for family to hang out and play eg. chess etc. You can take the bungee to Hotel Indigo or just walk because it is walking distance to eat there and access the beach Overall we are very happy with the experience and will visit the hotel again

抵達輪渡碼頭後就有人安排接送，遇到的每一個工作人員都非常熱情，酒店環境也很棒，純躺酒店都能躺三天不無聊，完全捨不得走，一定還會再來！sugar beats的菜品也都好好吃沒有任何踩雷，價格相比新加坡簡直白菜價，完美體驗。

今次在holiday inn resort 體驗非常好，房間大、乾淨、服務員全部都很有禮和helpful. 不過前台有些服務員英文有口音有點難聽懂。holiday inn 本身有兩個泳池，也可以用姊妹灑店indigo 的設施。留在灑店hea 一兩日也不會悶。holiday inn 只有一間餐廳，不過也可以去indigo 餐廳用餐，indigo 食串燒那間餐廳食物味道非常好，不過種類少。酒店各樣也很好，唯最大不滿是沒有兌換店也沒有ATM機。連同indigo 這麼大的酒店，沒有兌換店或ATM機實在不能接受囉！建議酒店要設有兌換店或ATM機。酒店附近沒有商店，要snacks或者drinks 要由新加坡帶過去了。雖然酒店內有個小商店，但只售賣一些小吃和少量（種類也少）的日用品。所以最好記得從新加埋帶過去。去酒店以外地方要叫車，可以用Grab, 今次遇到個司機很好，能說英文而且沒什麼口音，可以直接用WhatsApp WeChat +62 812‑7732‑7309聯絡叫車，比Grab叫車優惠，他也會充當導遊帶tour, 要車去周邊遊覽可向他詢問。

I would like to thank the staff at Holiday Inn Resort for their friendliness, especially the front desk receptionist, Dhea. She patiently explained the hotel room details upon my arrival, and during my departure, she went the extra mile by assisting us in obtaining our ferry boarding passes before we reached the terminal. We are truly grateful for her outstanding service. Overall, our 3D2N stay was excellent! A couple of areas that could be improved: • The room’s fridge could be cooler. • Dinner options at the resort could be better and more variety. We had a wonderful experience and would love to return again.

We had a wonderful 3 days 2 nights stay at this hotel. Although it rained on the first and last days of our visit, we still felt the warmest welcome from your staff and were able to enjoy the hotel’s facilities. A special thank-you to Miss Windy for her friendly greeting when we checked in, it brought a little sunshine to us even on a rainy day. Overall, we are very happy with this 永安 and look forward to visiting again next time.

Love our stay at Holiday Inn Bintan Lagoi. It was very family oriented with multiple pools, kids club with indoor and outdoor playground and water playground. The staff were all very helpful and ready to assist you in any ways. The buffet spread was great and delicious. There is hourly free shuttle bus to Plaza Lagoi. The room was comfy and amenities were provided for. One thing that the hotel could consider would be to provide stepping stool for children in the bathroom so that younger kids (e.g. below 6 year old) could stand and brush their teeth or use the tap with ease.

We travelled as 2 families with 4 little ones. Booked this 永安 as a short getaway during Sep holidays. Our hotel booking came with complimentary breakfast buffet for all (free for kids). Hotel also provided free shuttle service to and from the ferry terminal. Hotel is new, clean and has a good variety of family friendly facilities. We enjoyed the pools, water playground, kids club. Room was comfy. We also booked several tours (mangrove and safari tours) and rides from the hotel front desk. Food options were limited to hotel restaurants (expect hotel food prices). Worth making a 永安 to Lagoi Beach via hotel shuttle. Overall a nice restful 永安. Look forward to be back.
