We celebrated our 1st Anniversary on the ship hotel. It was a very memorable experience. There was a complimentary tour around the ship and it shared the rich history from 1914. Very convenient and walking distance from the ferry terminal, although there was also free transport at our departure.

딸과함께 1박했는데 조용하고 깨끗하고 모든 스테프들이 친절했습니다. 밤에 풀앞에서 음식시켜먹었는데 사람없고 조용하고~~별보며 맛나게 먹어습니다. 밤엔 추워서 풀은 못들어갔어요. 마사지샵에 예약했을때 호텔까지 픽업써비스다 해주어서 불편함 없었습니다.1박정도 배에서 자는 색다른경험을 하시고싶으시면 가성비 넘 좋았던것같아요

Beautiful place and exceptional staff! The manager is really a kind person and he is always ready to help. I had also a problem with the driver and they agave me the opportunity to wait in the hotel until the other driver has arrived. I will definitely come back

Mooi en schoon hotel in een fraaie oude boot. Mooi zwembad aan de zee. Zeer handige ligging op enkele minuten van de haven (van de boot van en naar Singapore). Goed restaurant (de rijsttafel is een aanrader). Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Minpuntje: in de nabije omgeving zijn niet veel restaurants/winkels/bars te vinden.

Thank you Doulos Phos Hotel, for the unforgettable experience! My friends and I truly enjoyed our stay on your ship. From the moment we arrived, we felt a warm welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was abundant with food that reminded us of home in the Philippines, something we’ve really missed. The receptionists were very hospitable and guided us well on what to do during our stay. The pool was unique and aesthetic, and what amazed us most was the ship’s rich history, especially how it has touched many lives through charity. A special thanks also to the captain who gave us a tour of the ship (I even wondered if he’s a real captain!) On our last day, despite the bad weather, and although our check-out was scheduled for 12:00 PM, our ferry departure was not until 6:45 PM. The reception staff graciously allowed us to remain in our room until 5:00 PM. This thoughtful gesture meant a great deal to us and made us feel valued and cared for. Overall, our experience exceeded expectations. We are grateful to all the staff of Doulos Phos Hotel for their kindness and professionalism. 객실이 깨끗하고 크기도 넚고, 발코니에서 보는 뷰도 좋았지만. 객실이 조금 기울었고, 약간 어둡고 높이가 낮아서 답답한 느낌이 들수도 있음. 조식은 4가지 메뉴 중 선택할 수 있었고, 맛도 괜찮았다. 호텔-탄중우반 터미널까지 그랩으로 약 3만원. 빈탄은 스노클링이나 블루레이크도 그렇고 이동하다 시간 다 간다ㅠ 일정을 효율적으로 세우거나 패쓰하거나 당일이 가장 좋은 루트인 것 같다(개인적인 생각) 호텔-BBT터미널 구간은 무료 셔틀 있다고 함.(약 5분 소요) 바다보면서 수영하니 좋았음 샤워기 필터는 필수로 준비하기!

Best boutique hotel we've stayed in. Very accommodating and friendly. The owner will meet and spend time with any of his guests. Prices are very reasonable. Rooms are clean and loyal to the charm of the nautical history. Try their specialty meal, Arisettafel 10 course dinner; it is an experience to savour. There is a tour of the ship's interior which really puts you in the right mood for staying on a land-based ship. This is our second visit, and we intend to go again soon. Hope to see you there, ahoy to those with sailing in their blood.

Great location and best service from the staffs. Friendly accommodation and allowed me for late check out. A birthday cake and greeting was prepared in surprise as well. Food was good and you have to choose what you want from the list. Relaxing and peaceful environment.perfect view of the sunset❤️❤️❤️.👍👍👍👍👍 thumbs up🥰

This 永安 was with 8 friends. During our stay at Doulos Phos The Ship Hotel in Bintan, and really enjoying the experience. The hotel is on a restored old ship, which makes it very unique. The room is clean and cozy, the porthole windows give it a special feel. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Winda. The check-in process was smooth. We asked the hotel to prepare a small surprise for two friends who were having birthdays. There’s a small museum onboard that tells the story of the ship, and the deck has a nice view of the sea, great for relaxing. Breakfast is simple but good, and the overall vibe is peaceful and quiet. If you want to swim, remember to bring a swimsuit. It is less than 5-minute drive from the Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal and the hotel. If you need the hotel to arrange transportation, you need to inform the hotel customer service staff in advance, which is free of charge. It’s a great place if you’re looking for something unique and relaxing.
