環境還不錯，但是隔音不太好，我們住在路旁邊能清楚地聽到別人路過的聲音。 一次性用品衹提供了兩條浴巾，可能是在國內住的比較多，發現沒有毛巾 地巾和梳子的時候還蠻奇怪的🤕 早餐很豐盛，是個加分項！

It is a nice child friendly resort. Quality of food I would say is above average but service speec could be improved. Activities at lagoon was fun! Room wise the whirlpool was abit dirty & I feel was not worth it, drainage in toilet was poor, shower area was often flooded.

We had an amazing anniversary stay at Natra Bintan. The team surprised us with an upgrade to a lagoon-view tent, complete with a beautiful room setup and cake to celebrate our special day. The glamping tent was spacious, comfortable, and offered stunning views. We truly enjoyed a relaxing massage, delicious meals at The Patio, and quality time at the Crystal Lagoon. The staff’s thoughtful touches and warm hospitality made the whole experience unforgettable. Highly recommended for a romantic and peaceful getaway near Singapore. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

직원들의 친절함과 리조트 시설, 그리고 뷰는 최고였습니다. 다만 사전에 요청한 사항이 반영되지 않아 체크인 과정에서 시간이 지체된 점은 아쉬웠습니다. 또한 예약 당사자인 저에게 직접 안내되지 않고, 일행에게 제 객실 위치 변경을 협의한 점은 황당했습니다. 예약번호가 각각 다른데도 단체 체크인을 요구한 부분도 이해하기 어려웠습니다. 마지막으로, 수영장 이용 시간이 짧아 충분히 즐기지 못한 점이 아쉽습니다.

Great staying over school holiday 3D2N my kids love it, abit disappointed when check in receptions wanted to charge for my 7yrs boy staying, but after discuss they upgrade for my room with large room with jacuzzi. Room not so clean, when get my room the blankets and pillows case with dirty stains overalls acceptable. My kids wanted to come back stay again 😊

+ve: -＞ Most staff are friendly and nice. -＞ big pool looks beautiful -＞ room is spacious. -＞ buggy service is timely -ve: -＞ laundry is pretty dirty. There are visible stains on most of the towels. -＞ toilet concept is abit weird. Top of the wall exposed. -＞ pool is not very clean -＞ most activities chargeble, not cheap. And weekends not enough slots for some.

Treasure Bay is still the main attraction. Rooms are getting tired and facilities abit worn. Service is still excellent. Would need to reevaluate themselves given the increased number of worthy competitors in Bintan.

Service is top notch, food is delicious. Good spread for breakfast. Staff are very friendly and professional, extremely helpful especially when we are travelling with elderly. We had an in tent bbq which is a nice experience dining under the stars. Will definitely return again for a nice relaxing stay in future.

每次都是帶孩子來，水上的項目玩的不錯。需要改進的改進的地方：酒店餐廳菜單真是幾年都沒有更新過了，這次入住房間沒有準備毛巾和拖鞋。 提前讓客服記得安排安靜點的房間，結果還是給我們安排在了519附近的，晚上隔壁酒店的酒吧就在旁邊，音樂很吵，要到1130才結束。 好在最後值班經理給我們換了一間，才能休息。 建議酒店真的可以和隔壁的商量一下去解決這個難題。 建議帶孩子需要早睡的一定提前和前台溝通清楚，避開那個區域。不過酒店的服務員真的都很好，有賓至如歸的感覺，特別是sanjai，很細心。
