Customer Service is good and well received upon arrival and departure. Rooms and amenities are clean and well maintained. Even managed to book a BBQ dinner on the day of arrival. Whereas transportation isn’t that flexible and convenient because it takes an hour +/- to get to any attractions areas. unless you pre-book a taxi driver or self-drive

This resort is a quiet soul’s dream. It’s where you go when you need to reset not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Whether you’re traveling alone, as a couple, or even with close friends, this is the kind of place that leaves you feeling restored and centered. I left feeling lighter, happier, and more present. I will absolutely be coming back—and next time, staying longer.

This resort offers a truly unique and serene experience, tucked away in a secluded part of Bintan. It's perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. As it’s located in a rather remote area, there isn’t much in the immediate surroundings, and activities are quite limited unless you're willing to travel out to the main city, which is about an hour’s drive away. However, the villa itself more than makes up for it — beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully maintained. What really stands out is the level of service from the staff. They are prompt, attentive, and very responsive, especially when it comes to communication through messaging apps. If you’re in need of a peaceful short getaway to unwind and recharge, this place is definitely worth considering.

Very quiet and cozy environment. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is far from everywhere. 1 hour from tanjung Pinang, 1 and half hour from Lagoi. Limited choices for food available around the vicinity and limited option of food available in the villa.
