房間面積非常大，廁所也是乾濕分離，推門出去就是海灘風景真的很美！度假村裡的所有工作人員服務態度都很好很友善～

去了幾次每次都住這家酒店，海景房很方便，但是不得不説這次去很失望，食物太一般,定價很離譜，比新加坡物價高但是質量差幾倍，而且服務真的有點無語，點了兩百塊新幣的客房服務，要求給點水卻遭拒絕，真的不懂為什麼在餐廳用餐可以提供水，客房服務就不能有？在酒店附近供娛樂的選項並不多，住兩晚會無聊。然後租buggy很迷惑，服務員腦子不靈光真的無語。總之下次短途旅行不會選這裏了。

Room cleanliness is average. We observe small centipede in the toilet. Please arrange for fumigation more often. On our first day, there is no buffet breakfast in the Mayang Sari facility. Request us to go to Nirvana Resort where the breakfast hall is very crowded and the food is on average only.

風景很好，房間就在沙灘邊，特別舒服。附近也有幾個餐廳可以選擇，就是衞生條件差了點。

The hotel is part of a bigger resort property. The hotel location is good and the staff service attitude is great. However, the quality of the foods served in the restaurants are not good. The goods sold in the Happy Marts inside the resort property are extremely overpriced which are 3 to 4 times more expensive than in Singapore. Further, the gym in the Recreation Centre has a very strong mouldy smell. The quality of the SPA is not good. The technique of the masseurs should be improved. Also, the air-conditioner in the massage room is broken. Not worth to have any SPA treatment there.

Amazing place to stay if you need to just relax and recharge in the calm. Just idle time sitting in the patio of your sea view villa and enjoy looking at the sea or walking by the beach collecting sea shells and finding baby mud crabs inside of the sea shells. It was not our first time staying at Mayang Sari or one of the other Nirwana properties. Hence, the smiling staff with their impeccable service levels is never a surprise but always a pleasure. Mayang Sari has its own restaurant, the Deli Cafe, where you can get local and western delicacies and drinks. The property has an Indian restaurant, Spice, which is a 5 minute walk from Mayang Sari, and Nirwana also has its own restaurant. They have a pick and drop shuttle from the ferry terminal, which makes it very convenient. Just a call put that this is Lagoi, so please don't expect to have malls around, and the city centre falls in the Tanjung Pinang area.

在這裏住了2晚，海邊小木屋很愜意，海灘近在咫尺，環境非常優美，度假區內有好幾家餐廳，都嘗試個遍，每家都有不錯的菜餚，海上的Kelong海鮮餐廳尤其適閤中國人的胃口，雖然有點小貴，但在度假區內這個價格也是合理的，做SPA也很舒服。這個度假村真的太棒了，下次還會再來。

房間挺好的，我們住的海邊小屋，晚上睡覺的時候能聽到外面大海的聲音，但不是特別大，隔音效果還是有的，飲食上也不錯，就是價錢有點小貴，因為我們去的幾天都在下雨，所以很多活動都沒辦法去體驗，整體來說渡假的話還是可以的 免費班車服務:碼頭會有人在等著安排接送我們到酒店，去哪裡也都會安排車接送，服務挺好，如果不知道吃什麼可以問問酒店員工，他們會給你推薦。
