Disappointing Stay – Poor Maintenance & Service We were first given a room where the TV speakers didn’t work. Only after speaking directly with the manager was I offered a room change, which should have been addressed more promptly by the staff.The property is in serious need of renovation. The room flooring near the toilet was warped, which gave the room a neglected and unhygienic feel. On top of that, the hot water shower was not actually hot — only lukewarm, which made for an uncomfortable experience. Also, there was a strong unpleasant odour from the carpet at the lift landing. The one positive was the maintenance staff. Maxim, in particular, was more sympathetic and helpful than the front desk. He was the one who offered to bring us a new key card for the replacement room, which I appreciated. Overall, a disappointing stay – the hotel urgently needs to improve both its facilities and service responsiveness.

3 stars hotel but look premium - very comfy bed and they provide 4 pillows, bedsheet clean - built in speaker in bathroom (highlight of this hotel!!!) & HDMI cable provided - very spacious washroom - have mini fridge - good internet connection - towels smells good and clean had a great stays here and recommended

when I checked in, the room has a very bad smell of smoke. I have requested to change to another room but was told by the receptionist all rooms were fully booked. One of the staff then temporary used the room spray and told me that they are not able to control the customer from smoking in the room. however, later I found out that actually the smoke came from another rooms as on and off during the stay I can smelled very bad smoke coming in from the bathroom. hopefully the hotel management can look into this issue.

The room is very spacious n near to eatery. Recommended to stay here for business traveller.

I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share my feedback regarding my experience. Firstly, I must commend the quality of the hotel room itself. It was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment for my stay. The amenities and facilities within the room met my expectations, and the overall ambiance contributed to a relaxing atmosphere. However, I encountered an issue with the water supply in the room. The water pressure was not strong enough, which made showering and using the sink somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the water temperature was not consistently hot; it tended to fluctuate, and at times, it was uncomfortably cold. This aspect of my stay was disappointing, as having a reliable and comfortable water supply is essential for a satisfactory hotel experience. I believe addressing this issue would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I trust that this feedback will be taken into consideration, and I hope to see improvements in the future. Despite this issue, I would consider staying at your hotel again, given the positive aspects of my visit. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
