The management needs improvement. Even the simplest check-in process can go wrong. Our two-night stay was reduced to one night, and we were even called and asked why we didn’t check out on time. We explained the situation to the hotel management, but they never called us back. After that, We were so nervous that we thought the hotel had thrown our things out, so we rushed back to the hotel to deal with it. They didn’t even an apology.
