太差勁了，房間雖然大，但內部裝修太差。馬桶加水聲音太吵，熱水器居然是單獨的即熱式電熱水器，房間沒有電吹風，也沒有一次性拖鞋，衣架也沒有。

Wash Basin water flow is terribly small, my urine flows more stronuger and checked in 21:00 hours no hot water to shower.

Old hotel with old facilities, i hate the toilet bowl, i feel uneasy the moment i start flushing the toilet. The staff are not that friendly. The only thing i’m satisfied is the hotel’s location is near to Pasar Malam.

The hotel lobby is big and beautiful. The room need upgrade. The breakfast is just simple breakfast, not recommend to add on. They have promotion for lunch buffet (rm10 for adults and rm5 for children). You get what you paid. The swimming pool is big but the kids pool is close.

Room besar sesuai untuk family.masalah utama adalah aircond tidak sejuk.beberapa kali menginap di sini masalah yang sama.semoga dapat diambil perhatian.breakfast ok.

kebersihan di luar bilik tidak menyenangkan kerana terdapat kulat dan kelapuk di depan bilik 527 yang berdekatan dengan bilik saya.. laluan ke parking pun tidak bersih dan bau yang tidak menyenangkan.. namun service pekerja baik.. diharap pihak management akan menitik beratkan hal ini

房間挺大的，衞生的話就一般，水龍頭剛開的時候水特別臟，好像很久沒住人了（也比較少人租三人房），沒有陽台，環境看起來挺高級的，但游泳池沒人管也沒人玩，好像也沒怎麼看到外來租客，整體來説其實也還可以

We are greeted by nice staff that makes the registration so fast n efficient. However, upon checking-in, we found out the door to the rooms were not working properly n the phones not working but no towels were readied in the room. The rooms overall need to be refurbished to make them more conducive and all the equipment especially the air cons should be in good working order.
