Good hotel, nice room and very good breakfast option. Average scenery. Issues: Few issues with room and we were ordered to change room 3times which is troublesome esp with kids. Rooftop food was average abd disappointed with plate size for the rice (very small piring and rice keep on falling). Overall good Thank you

Aircond rosak.. air aircond keluar tidak henti sepanjang menginap di sana sampai basah lantai. Waktu malam pukul 1 pagi tetiba ada bunyi emergency fire drill. Swimming pool kat sana just for kid je okay.

The place was really clean and looks exactly in the pictures. Check-in and check-out process was very smooth, and the location is very close to the shopping mall. Would definitely revisit here when I have other business 永安s.

The location - surrounding do not have shoplot or restaurant. need to take about 10 minutes walk then reach The Spring. The staff was ok, polite and friendly. The room quite big and spacious.

共六層樓，東西向。朝東的房間面向街道，有點車輛噪音；朝西的房間近處是樹叢，遠處是入海口，房間很安靜。七樓的“RoofTop”餐廳很棒，看着遠處大海夕陽晚餐，非常享受。餐廳出品也很棒，砂拉越地方美食做的很精緻！
