Cleanliness can be improved, I.e. to floor, water kettle. There is no toothbrush and toothpaste, when asked replied out of stock.

For me ok, comfort. Nearby food area. Only not easy to find convenient store. Overall regarding hotel no issue. Breakfast not much choice, can add more variety of food. Overall OK

Overall, my stay was good. The bed and pillow were comfortable, the room was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious. However, the housekeeping service needs improvement. During my 6-day stay, I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness. Some rubbish was not picked up, and the empty soap dispenser was not refilled. It seemed that housekeeping only made the bed, replaced towels, and restocked bottled water. The location was also not ideal. The hotel is situated in an almost abandoned mall, and the surrounding business center appeared inactive and poorly maintained.

Spacious room. Breakfast was moderate. However, the window frame / blind was dusty, no shampoo/shower gel refilled, water heater wasn't working, water draining also partially clogged (took more than half an hour to drain out completely).

酒店房間空調不製冷，多次投訴，前台派維修人員查看指27度已經製冷，睜眼説瞎話 後來我要求前台更換空調製冷的房間，被指需要付費因為他們的空調27度是製冷的，設施沒有問題，將更換房間需求視為客戶問題，需要進行付費更換房間 我直接退房，退房前詢問前台，還有兩天未住的房費能不能退還，前台回答不行

bilik bersih dan staff sangat membantu. cuma kejadian di hari kedua agak mengecewakan di mana staff pembersihan mematikan sumber elektrik di bilik. Makanan saya di dalam peti sejuk rosak. Secara keseluruhan saya puas hati duduk di sini.

The receptionist was very friendly and professional upon my arrival. Checkout was very smooth, and all the staff were always smiling. I’m very satisfied with this hotel and will definitely come back next time.

This is 1st time check in at Bintulu Town. So far this properties is good & middle of town. For facilities & amenities okay. Just comment the staff when request the thing quite late respond & have to call 2 3 times to double check again. For cafe, need to add on staff or help staff at cafe to make sure food enough for breakfast.
