I booked near to lift but given very far from lift. The price very high taught executive level different with normal but with the high price but normal room given by the hotel.so frustrated with the service.reception staff was not friendly. 永安 please do something with this issue as the request not complied.

The bed is so comfy. Really have a deep sleep. I love it. The hotel hv a good location. Near to everything especially supermarket and food.

Love the location!! The hotel itself is quite nice, I love the breakfast especially the noodles, and roti prata is freshly made and it was crispy. Can easily find food, and Parkcity mall is connected to the hotel. And there's a 7-eleven nearby too. The bed was comfortable. Only downside is there might be some noise (singing from the karaoke establistment) during midnight.
