伯明翰中心B&B住宿加早餐酒店 (B&B Hotel Birmingham Centre)

酒店現在沒有停車了 和老闆溝通後。允許在後門白天時候停車

挺好的，性價比不錯，房間挺大的，衞生狀況也滿意，還包早餐，總體非常滿意。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

應該要提供兩枝樽裝水在房屋內，加上一個迷你冰箱就更好，希望酒店方面能認真考慮，衞生間淋浴設施要改善一下，淋浴時水流能外逸，影響到外面坐厠馬桶週圍容易積水

Ein schönes Hotel und sehr zentral gelegen. Es gibt eine Kaffee- und Teestation im Zimmer. Im Badezimmer fehlen jedoch ein paar Haken für die Handtücher. Nach dem Duschen ist der Boden etwas überschwemmt und der Dampf wird nicht richtig abgezogen. Von den Renovierungsarbeiten haben wir nicht viel mitbekommen. Da wir spät Abends eingecheckt haben, am nächsten Tag den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren und am darauffolgenden Tag sehr früh wieder abgereist sind. Die Mädels an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wurde am Vortag ein Taxi für 6.00 Uhr morgens organisiert, dass uns zum Flughafen brachte. Ein Kollege aus der anderen Schicht wollte, dass wir uns am Abreisetag 30 Minuten vorher an der Rezeption melden, damit das Taxi gerufen wird. Alles in allem, war es ein schöner Kurzaufenthalt.

房間還可以，我辦理入住的時候前台兩個印巴人員服務態度巨差，總是不耐煩，而且房間隔音也非常差勁，房間裏莫名其妙有門，是和隔壁房間連着的，第三晚的時候隔壁房間瘋狂的推我屋的門，那個門馬上就推開了，我去找前台説要換房間，前台説不會被推開，我都聽見鎖開的聲音了，非常不情願的換了房間，結果換的另外一個房間也有門，這酒店住的完全沒有安全感，後面有一次我早上還在睡覺，一個白女推門就進來我屋了，後來説明是保潔人員，保潔人員不會先敲門嗎？？？我覺得一晚上900塊錢非常的不值得，前台是真的差勁。

位置好，距離新街站10分鐘步行，唐人街5分鐘。 早餐有點超預期，水果牛奶香腸奶酪麪包很全。 唯一不太滿意的是打掃衞生不標準，跟前台説了衹需要換毛巾不用打掃床鋪，結果有一天毛巾也沒換，另一天床鋪等等都收拾了，還把我的一次性馬桶坐墊給收走了

After a brutal time in hospital I was discharged. I wanted a night to rest recover and relax. Upon arrival I was told that work was being carried out and i can expect to hear noise from 9am. This was very disappointing to be told when checking in. It would have been preferred to been informed before I had parted with any money. I wasn’t given an option to cancel my booking without paying the charge of the full room . The room was not fully cleaned and there was some orangey oil looking spills left from the previous is booking. The housekeeping had not cleaned it up and placed towels in front of the spill in the wardrobe. This was disgusting. The towels were not fresh and had hair and bits of debris over it. I had gone to the shop and upon arrival the night reception wouldn’t let me in without declaring my name and room number due to security (understandable). But this infringed on my safety as other people were loitering outside the hotel and Could hear everything. A couple walked in following behind me into the hotel and I declared to the reception I didn’t know them. This made me feel very uncomfortable, as human trafficking is on the rise, I think better methods of verification can be found that is safe for the hotel and guests. After being woken up at 9am from the workers, I tried to get some more sleep. The housekeeping lady charged into the room without knocking at 11:30am when I had not checked out and i was due to check out at 12pm. This was a massive shock and sent me into a panic attack. She left and then I could hear her laughing and joking with the other housekeeping outside of the room. My stress and distress was exacerbated as I am unable to lock my room door from inside which means people can still enter if the pin is known or if they have a keycard. I have stayed here once before and it was nice but this time was awful. The reception were lovely though. My right to privacy and safety was completely disregarded through negligence, improper training and inappropriate conduct. I am absolutely outraged to say the least. I paid to arrive for a relaxing time…. Only to leave more stressed than I arrived.

To be fair Birmingham at first glance coming out of the station doesn’t look all that safe for a foreign traveller. The route to the hotel would initially reinforce that impression. However after walking the city the next day for over 6-8 hours, while the location is NOT city Center, it is actually located in a good place close to all the major places I need to visit on foot; train station, the mega mall Bullring, Birmingham city center / cathedral / St Martin’s mkt, the hip new part of town - Gas Basin (canal waterways) and also the city’s modern library with the rooftop gdns (@ Centenary Square). The rooms looked like it was recently refurbished. For the price I paid (58 Pounds for 2 pax), it was the best value out of my entire 16 day UK 永安 covering 15 different towns - up & down the UK (incl London/Cambridge/Leicester/Coventry). In short, a pretty damn good deal. It had aircon which was a major blessing in summer as most other places I stayed, didn’t have that.

在伯明翰市區有這樣的價格的酒店已經很合適了！各方面都蠻不錯，早餐也算英國比較好吃的，前台酒吧的啤酒也好喝。唯一就是早上需要跟前台説才能打掃衞生。

酒店位置離伯明翰新街車站步行約8分鐘，去維多利亞廣場、牛環購物中心都不遠，房間乾淨、早餐非常棒，特別是fish chip非常好吃，感覺是性價比比較高的酒店。
