酒店就在伯明翰市中心，開車可以直達非常方便附近有幾個停車場停車也很方便。 中國城之需要步行就可以到達。

比較小氣讓前台給包紙都不肯，房間地板上有紅酒漬，外表看着落地窗比較好，房間內很一般，特別廁所洗個澡全是霧氣排風扇不工作，非常難受

Whilst decent, the hotel feels tired. We do appreciate the upgrade to a suite and the staff are exemplary, but the room was too hot despite the air conditioning and felt a bit worn. Bathroom was big but shower was poor. I feel the hotel could do with a revamp aesthetically.

All the required things were spot on. The room was superbly cleaned and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

It was worst experience , I planned one night stay in Radisson blu hotel with my husband and I booked hotel through 永安 app and in this app no where they mentioned about 50 pound deposit when we arrived in the hotel then receptionist informed us 😒 about deposit and second thing AC as well as TV not working and it was my husband birthday I booked that hotel to make his birthday more special but unfortunately that night gave us worst memory . Receptionist gave fan but it doesn’t work , room temperature was not tolerable , my husband felt suffocated , he  slept only for 2 hours . Hotel was fully booked so that’s why we have no option to changed the room but they ready to give us refund but refund is not solution because it’s disturb our plan , budget ☹️.

The hotel lacks basic customer service. I would suggest the families especially with kids to look out for other options. The aircon doesn’t work at all. The room becomes suffocating after a while and in the night it becomes too hot and sweaty with the aircon not working . I requested for a late checkout and they have this lousy policy of charging 15£ per hour of late checkout. I’ve never heard this anywhere. Their room service is absolutely careless and they say we will charge you 5£ for tray service . They actually discourage you from ordering to your room. There was no double bed in the room and they had combined 2 single beds together and it was too uncomfortable to sleep. If I can give a negative rating by for the room and service , I would give them .
