伯明翰中心諾富特酒店 (Novotel Birmingham Centre)

As a four star hotel, I am disappointed that the room was not really clean, and there was a strange smell, and there was no toothpaste! Staff were nice and the location is in the centre. I enjoyed the sauna, the gym is not big. Restaurant's price is reasonable, the breakfast could be better. 

Good location for Symphony Hall for our event. Close to lots of restaurants and bars. Hotel bedroom was very dated definitely needs an upgrade. Reception area and bar have obviously been updated. Noisy at night as located on busy Broad Street. Overall good price for the centre of Birmingham on a weekend!

Overall good experience

This was the second times I stayed in this hotel and found the staff very welcoming and friendly, which made check-in smooth and pleasant. The location is excellent—convenient for exploring the area and close to local attractions. The only downside was the noise at night, likely from nearby bars, which might be a consideration for light sleepers. Overall, a good spot for a short stay if you’re looking for comfort and accessibility.

Rude staff and nothing seems to work correctly in the room. A/C doesn’t work and if you open the window then all the noise form broad street comes straight in your room. Couldn’t double lock the room either as it was faulty. The gentleman on check-in was very rude and abrupt when asking him about if you can enter and exit the car park as many times as you want. All he had to say was “it’s all on the board, you can read it yourself.” To conclude - I will never be staying here again.

It’s a nice place to stay. High security when it’s night time, it requires you to use the room key to get in. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Excellent service

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Birmingham! From the moment we stepped into the Novotel Birmingham Centre, we were met with warmth and professionalism. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. Our room was spacious, spotless, and modern, with all the comforts you’d expect — a super comfy bed, great shower, fast WiFi, and a smart layout that made it easy to relax or get a bit of work done. We also loved the eco-conscious touches throughout the hotel. The location is unbeatable — right in the city centre, just a short walk to the Bullring, Broad Street, and the Mailbox. It’s perfect whether you’re in Birmingham for shopping, food, nightlife or business. Breakfast was another highlight: fresh pastries, a full hot English option, fresh fruit, and great coffee — all beautifully presented in a bright and airy dining area. We also really appreciated the 24/7 gym and relaxed bar area, which made winding down after a day out so easy. Overall, Novotel Birmingham Centre exceeded our expectations. It’s a fantastic choice for couples, families, or business travellers looking for quality, location, and great service. We’ll definitely be back!

Strange room, with separate WC like old English houses. TV couldn’t be heard … very annoying that the volume was limited to a very low level.

Got to our room to find a big red stain on the carpet centre of the room. Huge stain and dots of what looks like blood that had tried to be cleaned away but not very well. Then some lights were not working in the room and on the bedside table was a white powdery substance all over it and the floor below it obviously not been cleaned correctly from the last stay. All skirting boards thick with dirt and dust! Then went to take a shower for the plug not to work correctly, turned the knob for the plug to pop up for the whole mechanism to fall out in my hand in 3 pieces. Stayed here many times and this was the worst and probably the last!!!
