不列顛伯明翰酒店-都市中心 (Britannia Hotel Birmingham New Street Station Birmingham)

房間描述不符年頭很久酒店大廳藏在街邊，還有流浪漢在門口不是很安全，隔音很差牆壁臟。酒店存在虛假宣傳，平台上雙床房第一張照片是需要額外價錢的，可是沒有提前告訴消費者

在伯明翰市中心，中心不大，到哪裡都方便。購物消費也方便。價格合理。不過房間不大，另外隔音不是太好，也許是房子有年頭了

體驗感非常差，住過最差的酒店，沒有空調，暖氣也不熱，wifi 也是壞的，廁所門把手也有問題，關上了，不容易打開，電梯可慢了，跟蝸牛一樣！兩個電梯衹開了一個！大門是旋轉的門，可難推了，推不動，下水道也是堵的！避雷！

It's a good choice if you want thr budgetarian hotel for short stay and leave during day time because you have nothing can do in that hotel. Sheets, blanket, pillows are pearly white clean but surprisingly no complimentary water, and incomplete toiletries. Only soap. Room is good anyway even if you're just alone. Receptionist was helpful but the room service staff will knock at your door during your checkout like there's fire. It is located near everywhere. Still good deal.

Cheapest hotel in Birmingham City centre and you get what you pay for, which was pretty decent for my purposes. Clean sheets, hot water, feels safe as a solo female traveler and really good location. Downsides are poor signage and wayfinding within the hotel and only two teabags provided, but otherwise ok.

I would definitely recommend, good location, well behave staff

在Birmingham new street附近，走路五分鐘，交通便利，附近方便吃飯逛街。 設施比較舊的酒店，就是旅館的標準。 旅遊季酒店都貴，湊合住吧

Unfortunately other than its location this hotel has nothing good going for it. There was a queue when I got there, strange for that time - 20:30ish. The lift was dark and depressing, the room even more so. There was an awful smell like vomit lingering in the room. The floor looked unclean. The bathroom floor was the same and the corners were filthy. I didn’t feel clean being in the room. The tv was good as it was a smart tv so I watched what I wanted. The walls are paper thin and I could hear every noise and things being plugged into the sockets on the wall. The doors banged shut and this was annoying all night. The wallpaper was very old and was covered in layers of paint. There is no air con, the heating was on when I entered The bed was the worst thing I have ever slept on. The springs were poking me all night long, I barely slept. There was no hairdryer either so I didn’t use the shower. If your on a super tight budget sta here but I’m sure you can find airbnb cheaper than this.

Location was Great. Room was spacious. Bed was made from two single beds ,mattress was horrible, got a backache, it wasn’t comfy at all. Pillows were flat couldn’t even feel anything under your head. No intercom in the room have to go down all the way down in order to ask something. No toiletries other than 2 small soaps and one tiny bottle of shampoo, Dogs barking in other room all night. People having laughs next door. And can hear every single discussion they were having 😒 Definitely no sound proofing.

Enjoyed my stay, the complimentary tea was nice but basic. Coffee was okay. View was nice. Bathroom was clean. It had a iron in the room that was nice as most don't. T. V had Netflix and prime also YouTube. Out of all the hotels I have stayed I would rate it 6/10 because it's convenient and when you leave your 2 minutes away from thr train station. Wasn't pleased as it wasn't serving breakfast as renovating the restaurant.
