New hotel building in malang, archipelago chains hotel, great room and breakfast, have netflix, google nest and disney hotstar, complete amenities, water refill, gym… but unfortunately the pool is too small.

Hotel bersih , Parkir Susah . Breakfast rasa Lumayan, Tapi service di Resto waktu breakfast jelek . Makanan habis tidak langsung di refill. Padahal masih jam 8.30 . Salad habis tidak direfill ,nanya kapan direfill Baru direfill. Sosis habis tidak direfill sampai saya selesai breakfast baru direfill ( kira2 20 menit sejak saya menanyakan).

We arrived as early as 11AM and thankfully given early check in. Any hotel that did this is 5 stars in my book! Room and bathroom were clean. Drinkable water can be obtained from dispenser in the hallway. Breakfast was nice! Great selection of food, snacks, pastries, cereals, etc. Hotel location is in the heart of the city. Probably the only minus point was, as a property the hotel is not the most spacious, so less parking area available. Bunch of cars tend to queue in the morning picking up the outgoing guests.

Cozy and clean room. The room was equipped with smart tv and google home. The hotel has a pool but it so small. It was a great stay in Alana. I will comeback for sure.

Pelayanan resepsionis kurang ramah, kamar belum ready jam 3 sore. Konsep lay out restoran buat sarapan pagi tidak mengenakan, kursi sangat terbatas. Kamar tidak luas. Kolam renang mungil

Hotelnya cukup nyaman, tapi terganggu dengan hal handuk yg terkena cat rambut dan ada biaya perawatan utk memutihkannya kembali. Baru kali ini pakai handuk kena cat rambut minta penggantian, seharga 1 handuk mandi lagi,.. hadeeeuuhh,.. hati utk yg keramas tp rambutnya di cat ya gaes,.. Tadinya nyaman jd ilfeel😏👎🏼
