It was my first visit harris with my family, i book 3 rooms in this accomodation, and all the room is good with a stunning view to the pool and the green area, Also the pool in good condition, my kids very happy after swim can play @playground with the helpfull staff. Thank you harris

Saat check in pukul 5 sore tetapi diinfo bahwa belum bisa check in, kondisi kamar sedang dibersihkan, diminta menunggu, tetapi dengan push dari kami akhirnya kami diberikan kamar lebih cepat, menurut saya hotel sedang kurang staff di saat libur lebaran, bagaimana mungkin yg biasanya check in hotel pukul 3 sore, saat tamu datang pukul 5 sore diinfokan kamar masih sedang dibersihkan.

Pleasant Stay at HARRIS Hotel Malang I had a very enjoyable experience staying at HARRIS Hotel Malang. The staff were warm and welcoming from the start, and the check-in process was smooth. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable — perfect for a relaxing stay. The pool area was a nice spot to unwind, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and pleasant. It’s also conveniently located, with easy access to the city center and other attractions. One thing that could be improved is the breakfast selection. While the food was okay, the variety was quite limited compared to what I expected from a hotel of this level. Despite that, I still had a great time and would consider staying here again. A nice place to relax while exploring Malang
