感覺算是當地比較好的酒店了，環境服務那些都挺不錯的，工作人員也可以用英語進行交流，沒有出現什麼不便，酒店對面還有一個便利店。

該酒店地理位置在區域內算中等，距離熱門景點有一定距離，需打車或乘坐公交。房間空間夠用，放置行李後活動不擁擠。床品舒適度一般，部分旅客可能覺得偏硬。服務人員態度平和，有需求時能及時響應，但主動服務意識不足。整體無突出優勢，也無明顯短板。

The Junior suite was very spacious but the furnishing could make a little more sense. For example the bedside table was just a round table without any drawers. The bathtub water outlet protruded to half the width of the bathtub and was a danger for little kid's head. Body lotion, which we expected to be a basic amenity, was not available even when requested. Breakfast was a good spread but protein choices were very limited. There are some kid activities but all with separate charges.

Everything about this hotel is good. It's in a great location within a taxi ride of train station, local malls and Batu. We had a very comfortable stay here. The food available was great with 3 on-site restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Facilities such as the gym and swimming pool are of a great standard. The room was very clean and modern and provided a great mountain view.

Poor sound insulation. You can hear housekeeping talking in the hallway, upstairs walking, next door bathing. Poor amenities, similar to 3 stars hotel. They just gave u one pair of slippers. You have to wait a long time during check out, because they have to check your room, just in case anything is missing.

This was my first time taking my infant on a road 永安, and we chose Grand Mercure Malang based on its strong reputation and positive reviews. I'm happy to say that the experience lived up to expectations. The room we stayed in was clean and offered a spectacular mountain view. Upon arrival, we were initially assigned a room that was still being cleaned, but the hotel staff quickly realized the mistake and rectified it promptly. We also requested a baby crib, which was delivered shortly after without any issues. The bathroom was well-stocked with amenity kits, and there were plenty of clothes hangers available. The shower pressure was strong and very comfortable. I made use of the gym and swimming pool during our stay. The gym was well-equipped with a squat rack, a full set of dumbbells, a cable machine, and two benches. The swimming pool was pleasantly warm, which made for an enjoyable experience. Our room included breakfast, and there was a wide variety of food options available. The service throughout was kind and respectful. I would say the barista at the coffee counter could benefit from more training to improve their cappuccino-making skills, but it was still acceptable. I will definitely return to this hotel for future stays. I've also included some photos to help others considering booking here. Thanks again to the Mercure Malang team for a great stay!

Masih jadi hotel favorite anak" saat menginap di malang. Selain lokasi dan hotelnya yg kids friendly, aktivitas untuk anak" juga tidak kalah menarik, dan sangat feels like home. Hampir tiap bulan kesini😊 Thankyou for the hospitality!
