Hotel is old, but it’s clean. Staff was friendly, but I cannot believe they do not have an elevator big negative right there, but I would still recommend it just for the location and their airport shuttle was very convenient.

Experience was fair. The front desk worker was chatting to his colleague in another language all the time during my check in and I did not have a great time. I felt ignored.

An older, very large 2 story motel at the corner of I-494 and Nicollet Ave. Front door was broken, use the back door. carpets were ripped and stained. walls are thin, could hear the folks in the next room arguing, and dog yipping, for hours as we tried to go to sleep. Chose this hotel for ease of access and airport shuttle. Wanted a shuttle at 4:30, sorry, the shuttles run at 4 or 5.... will not return as there are lots of similarly located, but better hotels along 494.

It’s a very convenient hotel and the people were nice, but the breakfast was very subpar compared to other hotels of the same name. I left and ate elsewhere. The room itself was ok but smelled a little like a sewer and the bathroom door was coming unglued.

I had to book a last-minute hotel due to a flight delay. This one was more budget friendly than the other options. It also had a free shuttle bus (that I believe runs 1 per hour). The hotel is a bit run down and older as you would expect from the price but the bed was comfortable, room was clean and the check-in staff was nice. There is 1 restaurant walking distance but it closes at 10pm.

Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They say it’s non-smoking but my room REEKED of cigarettes and it was clearly on the walls too. Wallpaper was bubbling up and the carpet was very stained. My tv was missing a remote and I didn’t have a do not disturb sign (other rooms did; not a big deal, just odd). Will never stay here again. It’s an easy cheap option, but this is a very old hotel and it’s very obvious.

Booked for an appointment and the staff that checked me in was rude and threatened unless I had an actual bank card I couldn't stay there we arrived at 1230am and I was lucky to have a work card I booked through the app but still was told I would be turned away breakfast was only yogurt and milk room was a mess and had buggers and smashed bugs on the walls wouldn't stay here again wasn't really happy.
