At check in time, the staff member was quite rude. Have you ever had your passport thrown back into your hand? Well, if not and you want to experience what that's like you can check in at this hotel. This was my second visit here - the first time was good enough that I wanted to stay here again. After the way I was treated this time - never again. Also, a point about the cleanliness at the hotel - the carpet in my room had clear stains on it. Hence the score of 3/5 for cleanliness. Otherwise location is great - very close to the airport etc. Not really sure about amenities as I am a business traveler and am out and about for work so not really taking advantage of whatever they may or may not have... There are much better places in the area that will take your money and treat you much better. Not going back here for future 永安s and caution everyone else.

0 things to do other than swim prior to 10 :00 am on a Saturday which is tough with kids. Pool and rooms are not kid friendly. Thin walls (could hear every word of neighbors convo until midnight), no ledges to set anything in shower.

I wanted a place close the the Mall of America so I could shop and come and go to all the activities for my 8 yr old son. The Hotel was perfect .. never had to experience the cold weather in my 4 day stay, as I simply needed to leave our coats in the room and use the sky bridge and we were inside the mall. The room was clean and I felt safe during my entire stay. The price was fair in my opinion and I will stay there again on my next shopping spree.
