The area was very lively which was awesome, there was always good latin music at the pool area, always snacks and food, the beach was so blue and beautiful! Vibes are really cool here, food was good especially the dominican dinner night soo good!

Awful experience. My wife and I booked 3 days and spent less than 12 hours there. I believe that if you speak Spanish, they will purposefully put you in a bad room to leave the good rooms for tourists (gringos or Americans) who write reviews. If you’re expecting Caribbean/Dominican food, good luck as the food was not at all the Dominican food that we expected. Music was played all hours of the night and the walls are so thin that you hear everyone’s conversation on the first floor. The neighborhood is not for families unless you are a couple who speaks Spanish. Do not bring children as there are *********** at night. 0/10 do not recommend.

Horrible, we booked wrongly twice and they refused to refund. On the other side the hotel was not clean and the service is horrible.

非常糟糕的酒店，前台每個人的服務極差，WiFi基本沒法用，樓下超大的音響音樂聲放一整夜，博卡奇卡這個區域本身也不值得來。如果你不打算睡覺休息，可以來這個酒店。

I am satisfied with the hotel. My only complaint is that for two times the same week they gave us access to the room past 4:30 pm .if they cannot deliver the room on time at least they should give some compensation.
