It was overall a good stay, big hotel with nice facilities, good breakfasts with good variety, good gym, pool and good location. The only thing we didn't like is that water was not included and also they didn't have kettle or coffee maker in the room. But other than that, good experience.

C'était notre second séjour dans cet hôtel dans les deux dernières années. Ayant modifié leurs formules, certaines prestations ont été ręvisées à la baisse tout particulièrement la restauration : la qualité et la variété du petit déjeuner ont été revisées à la baisse ainsi que la qualité des plats du restaurant. Nous avons cependant passé un bon séjour grâce à un personnel exceptionnel et à l'intervention d'Alexandra. Elle nous a permis de séjourner dans une chambre au calme avec vue montagne. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour leur gentillesse, leur sourire et leur aide.

老牌的酒店，房間很大，設施齊全，就是有點陳舊。不過價格還可以，附近出行也方便，樓下一直有警察值崗，治安還好。

老牌五星酒店，早餐不錯，位置不錯，其他真的都太垃圾了！！説是有機場shuttle bus結果找不到具體上車點，打電話發郵件都聯繫不上！！！ 辦理入住時，再三溝通説遊客不用交税，前台堅持收，説機場退税，去機場直接説不給退，説這邊住宿都不收！！ 最重要 這個位置不行 是整個老城最危險的一塊，就在酒店樓下，手機被搶了。。。 永安不錯，一直在幫忙溝通，但酒店是真的費勁，前台第一次開的卡還不能用。。。浪費時間

We have stayed here many times with the 2 girls with us we enjoy the use of the pool: the girls were disappointed no pool. It would have been good to list the amenities not available. It seems the hotel is being remodeled, services is always great!!!

Room is quite big and comfortable. Good location in the city center. Breakfast is good. A few details to improve: this hotel does not provide free bottle of water in the room (only the first day), there is no coffee machine and they have no laundry/dry cleaning service. If they had more amenities it could be a 4 star hotel.
